The apartment on the upper floor of a detached house offers plenty of space to feel good for two people and a toddler. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in 15 minutes walking distance from downtown. The bright living room and south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car right by the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden house. If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is the place to be. It has ample space for 2 adults (+1 additional person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone and the promenade are only a 15-minute walk away.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Apartment directly on the Schlei

The apartment for one person is freshly renovated (January 2025). A spacious balcony (with awning) invites you to linger with a panoramic view of the Schlei and the folding bridge. The location is one of a kind! Right above the fishing port and yet central (5 min walk to downtown). Your private bathroom is directly opposite the apartment (2 steps across the hallway). Our house is an absolute non-smoking house (not even on the balcony!) and we do not allow pets!

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Apartment by the red beech

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

"Smukke Bleibe" Harbor view in Maasholm

Moin! Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.

Herne vacation apartment

I offer a cozily furnished apartment for 1-2 people, approx. 25 m² with living-bedroom (bed 140 × 200) kitchenette, walk-in shower. The first set of bed linen and towels up to 2 nights per person €12.50 is to be paid upon arrival at the check-in with the landlord. From the 3rd night, the bed linens are provided free of charge.
