Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The hot tub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/Beach view) are ideal for relaxing. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide cozy warmth and coziness on cold days.

The detached vacation home Auf der Ostsee in Kappeln offers 120 m² of space for up to eight people. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, underfloor heating, a garden with terrace, balcony and good sea views. The sandy beach is only a few meters away. Private parking for two vehicles, Wi-Fi and a garden house are provided.

The cozy and fully equipped beach apartment Donnerkeil was completed in May 2021. With its approx. 70 m², it offers space for up to 4 people seeking relaxation, with sea views. Our natural beach, 40 meters away, invites you to walk, collect stones and fossils, swim (with bathing shoes) and fish away from the crowds of tourists.
