Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment (1st floor) is the place to be. It has ample space for 2 adults (+1 additional person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the balcony. Pets allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone and the promenade are only a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

You will have the house to yourself, and the house is centrally located in Asserballeskov, in rural surroundings close to Fynshav on Als, with a short distance to good beaches, and sights on the island. Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.
