Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Kanto Region

Mit der Wohnung war ich voll und ganz zufrieden und auch kei war super nett und entgegenkommend. Die nächste bahnstation ist gut 15 bis 20 Minuten weg, aber das war die Unterkunft definitiv wert. Würde ich wieder buchen

The property has all facilities as listed. this is very close to Asakusa station, Sensoji temple, Sumieda river, Asakusa Skytre. there is a 24 hour laundromat in 2 mins walk and wonderful eating places. and great access to travel everywhere. absolutely recommend to whomever is traveling to Tokyo

今回2週間ちょっと滞在させていただきましたが、部屋は清潔で必要なものは揃っています。多少トラブルがありましたがすぐに対応していただけました。質問などもすぐ返答いただけてとても心強かったです。 不満な点は何もありませんでしたが、強いて言えば、長期滞在用に服を入れる引き出しみたいなのがあれば良かったなと思いました。 また帰国の際はお世話になりたいです。

We stayed at this Airbnb, and it was perfect for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and provided all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation. The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and local recommendations that added to our experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb for families visiting Tokyo and would gladly return in the future!

I am very satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this place to others, and I will definitely book it again. The room is quiet, clean, and stylish. The staff were very kind, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is close to the station and very accessible.

Seiji’s apartment is great for 1-2 people to stay in Tokyo, who want to be right next to a subway station that connects to major transit hubs in the city. Seiji has everything you need in the apartment, and the bed is very comfortable& the AC works very well . Do make sure if you’re a light sleeper to bring earplugs as there is a nearby police/fire station, it didn’t impact my sleep as I came prepared.

Spotless, functional, comfortable with lots of space and amenities. We stayed in a fair few Airbnbs in Japan and Maiko’s place remains top on our list. The host was easily contactable and kindly accommodated our request for a late check out as our next accomodation only opened at 5pm. Thanks again for everything Maiko, we will be back!

Sakura was responded to questions super fast. The house was clean, right near 711, and near a huge department shop and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the train station and felt like you are a Japanese National walking the streets! Beautiful neighborhood.

Comfortable place with not much to do in the surrounding area. It’s a great spot to relax and rest before traveling, and it’s not too far from the airport. What surprised me about this property is the spacious parking for vehicles — pretty rare to find in Japan.

友人と大人数で泊まらせて頂きましたが、畳の部屋が広がっていてとても開放感があり、寒い日でしたが暖房もよく効いて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。なによりホストの方が親切でした！

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of good pillows provided. The house was clean, all amenities were as listed. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

The neighbourhood is quiet and nice, and it’s very close to the train station – super convenient. The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

ゆっくり過ごすために館山に行ったのですが、ぴったりなお宿で静かでゆっくりさせて頂きました。バーベキューセットも貸して頂き地元のお肉や野菜を焼いたりして楽しい時間を過ごせました。周辺環境も海が近くて散歩して楽しむにはとてもいいです。あと、問い合わせにすぐにご返信いただけるので助かりました。また機会があれば利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

I really appreciate that Emi had instructions in English for a lot of the appliances. She also made sure to have advice on cool locations to visit. If I go back I’d love to stay here again

We had a wonderful stay during our first trip to Tokyo. The location is great, just over a 10-minute walk to Shin-Koiwa Station, with 7-Eleven, supermarket, restaurants and daily goods shops nearby. The host was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond by picking us up at the station with luggag knowing we were traveling internationally with 3 young kids. The house was clean, modern, quite, spotless and well-equipped. The furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen was impressively stocked; not only with cooking essentials, spices, and rice, but also with free milk and bread in refrigerator for kids on the first day! A special touch we loved was the small water bottles filled with fresh green leaves placed around home. It felt calming and welcoming. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. If you're looking for a place that truly feels like a home away from home, with a host who genuinely cares about your comfort, this is the place!

Nice walkable place with a lot of convenience store, drug store and restaurants nearby. Easy access from Ikebukuro station, a round 8-10mins walk. The only downside is the unit is at third floor, a bit hard for big luggages, but still acceptable. Overall, Worth the price!

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

This was a gorgeous stay. We loved being so close to the fun of Shibuya, but in a peaceful neighborhood that was an easy walk (I was in a crutch, so super easy). The apartment was large, comfortable, and that tub was perfect for recovery from all the walking. I especially loved the rooftop balcony for morning coffee, mid day green tea and evening shochu. Host was very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated our stay and it was a great home base for our Tokyo part of the Japan trip.

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

숙소가 너무 조용해서 좋았어요. 그래도 10분만 걸어가면 관광지라 편하기도 했습니다!

It's a beautiful place. I wish the host was a little bit more flexible with the early check ins and late check outs, but I understand it's something that cannot always be available. Other than that, amazing place.
