Lovely stay, was a really great location for getting around Tokyo with Gokokuji and Zoshigaya train stations being so close. Pictures perfectly describe what the rooms are like. Only warning would-be for taller people to watch their heads

Skvělé místo pro odpočinek, konečně jsme mohli vypnout po velkoměstech, poblíž ubytovaní jsme navštívili jezero s muzeem nebo úchvatný vodopád Naena, poblíž jsou také velmi příjemné restaurace. Onsen byl skvělý, každé ráno jsem začínal onsenem a každý večer jím končil. Také pan Masahiro byl velmi milý a povídavý, za mě nejlepší ubytování v Japonsku.

Ein wunderschöner Tatami Raum mit Blick auf den Mount Fuji in einem wunderschönen Haus. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und abgeholt und hatten eine super Zeit. Es standen uns kostenlos Fahrräder zur Verfügung zum umrunden des Sees. Außerdem hat uns der Gastgeber am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gefahren, damit wir unsere Koffer nicht so weit bewegen mussten. Eine wahnsinnig schöne Erfahrung die ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Immer wieder gerne! 😊🗻

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Yamanuchi! Wir haben die Onsen ausgiebig besucht, es hat nach den Wanderungen für eine sehr gute Erholung gesorgt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die traditionelle Unterkunft ordentlich und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Naprosto perfektní místo, které snad nejde dostatečně pochválit. Prostředí krásné, lokalita skvělá, ubytování nádherné, personál skvělý, ochotný a radostný. Opravdu není co vytknout, můžu za celou naši skupinu jen poděkovat, pochválit a doporučit všem, kteří v tomto místě hledají jedinečné ubytování. Společná tradiční večeře v tradičním oblečení byla úžasným zážitkem! Děkujeme za výjimečný zážitek a spousty dalších pohodových hostů!

Our stay at Shogo's place was wonderful. The location and house were beautiful and a very special thanks to the kind lady who checked us in and cooked us breakfast in the mornings. Green and red bus lines were very close to the house making it a convenient location and the views of Fuji were just incredible! One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Five stars!

Very clean a beautiful shared spaces and the food was amazing. Just the right amount, great japanese and overseas match of flavors! Family friendly stay. Very recommend

典型的日式平层，有历史感，房间非常宽敞，房间多，适合一大家子人。可以烧烤，厨房用具齐全，小朋友玩具也多，屋后是一大片原野，风景很好。房东是美国人，比较热情。美中不足是离马路较近，当然乡间公路车不算多，另外不知道是不是用电负荷太大，断电好几次，虽然十秒左右就重启了。

We had a fantastic time at this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since all the rooms are upstairs, I had a peaceful and quiet stay. The bathrooms were downstairs, and they all had clean shared showers. The dining area was spacious with ample tables and chairs. In the center of the room, there was a cozy fireplace that created a warm and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of a cabin nestled in the woods, with snowfall outside. We made some great friends during our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Eine tolle japanische Unterkunft mit einer sehr herzlichen Gastgeberin, wunderbare Tatami-Zimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Fuji, authentisches japanisches Frühstück, ein japanisches heißes Bad zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Vielen vielen Dank an Haruko-san. Schöne Grüße!

施設もリノベーションされていて、快適でした。 施設とは関係ないですが温泉は9時に閉まるので早めに行ったほうがいいです。 夜は星空がとても綺麗でした。

Our stay here was amazing! The hosts spoke very little english but were amazing at using google translate, they explained everything about using onsen respectfully etc which made us feel much more comfortable, and made our stay so much more peaceful. Everything was clean and organised, we got a lovely free breakfast and had a traditional dinner which was a very cool experience. The host was even lovely enough to drop us off at the station the next day! Will absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to Japan, great to spend a few days here to relax and unwind before heading home.

Amazing place to stay. The rooms are warm and cozy, with windows that let in sun and can be opened on warm days. The onsen was very relaxing and clean. Hosts were amazingly welcoming and helpful. Really felt taken care of and they looked out for us. Not too many things to do directly around the ryokan, however that was perfectly fine for us and we spent most of our time comfortably in our room

A place where you can slow down…the space was warm, cozy, clean and friendly . The area was small and yet vast with mountains all around and apple orchards for days. This place makes you feel alive and yet so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for the stay and all the wealth of knowledge and care for making my stay feel like home :) I will be back again :) and recommend to those who want to slow down :)

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce riokan, et avons été conquis. La chambre traditionnelle, où nous avons dormi sur de véritables futons, sur un tatami. Tout est impeccable, les bassins du onsen sont très agréables. Nous avons choisi la formule de dîner complète, et ceci nous a permis de découvrir des plats surprenants, que nous n’avions pas encore rencontrés lors de nos 15 jours précédents au Japon. Et par dessus tout, je tiens à souligner la gentillesse incroyable de nos hôtes. Nous étions dans ce riokan pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. L’équipe nous a concocté de très belles surprises pour cet événement. Un accueil incroyable! Merci beaucoup pour toutes ces attentions

Our stay at Abiya was very pleasant. We have met people from around the world, even a couple from Belgium where I have profound youth memories. Yoshi and Seongmin are excellent hosts who treated guests like family and looking constantly at our well being. It is definitely the place I will go back. Thanks Yoshi and Seongmin again and take care!

I had such a great time staying at Issei and Kana’s. They were both so friendly and made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be any more convenient, like a 2 minute walk to Rokugou station. The night I arrived I mentioned I might want to explore by bike, and the next day they had one ready for me to rent (for super cheap, like $8). The room itself was very pretty with a beautiful garden view, and the home-cooked meals were delicious, including the wagyu beef which was incredible. Issei and Kana was super easy going and responsive and made my stay very easy. Thanks guys!

We were left speechless with our time here. It was the exact night we were looking for in terms of a traditional Japanese ryokan. From the food to the rooms to the onsen. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Everything about this stay was fantastic: A magical atmosphere, a quiet place with 600 years of history. Tendou is a very friendly and welcoming host that loves to show you his temple and anchestral grounds. The room was amazing, very clean, a combination of traditional and modern (new bathroom etc). The zen garden with koi pond is beautiful and we loved feeding the koi! If you book this stay you must let Tendou cook for you as our food was absolutely delicious! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
