Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kamo River

House is spotless and very comfortable for 6 people. It’s very near a family mart 150m away and it’s very convenient to a subway station as well (within 5 min walk). If you are driving the roads are a little narrow so do be careful on that. House is great and very very comfortable for all of us. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

It was a great deal! And beautiful spot. Only thing I would change is the check in process, which involves checking it at an outside site.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem schön eingerichteten Haus. Die Bahnstation ist leider etwas weiter weg, aber man kann auch super mit dem Bus fahren.

Staying at this AIRBNB was an amazing experience. The host was on top of everything, and was so nice. 👍 I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for an escape from the city. The surroundings were breathtaking.

Sakura has a lovely little home that is very easy to get to from Kyoto station. It was clean and quiet with everything we needed. Sakura was very responsive to questions I had.

Ce logement est tout bonnement exceptionnel. Tant par la taille, la tranquillité mais aussi parce qu’il est très bien situé. Le salon est très mignon. Nous le conseillons fortement. Nous avons fait 5 logement pour nos vacances au Japon et celui si est en top position.

Loved location and being so close to the Temple. We were able to avoid the crowds by going early. Just a street away from the main road. Very walkable to other areas of Kyoto. Be prepared for a walk up hill especially if you have luggage. Our group of 9 enjoyed our stay & would definitely highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kyoto.

This place had everything you will need for a comfortable stay that some Airbnbs don't have like ample supply of trash bags, laundry detergent and the little things I noticed like a sewing kit, nail cutter, cotton buds, lots of hangers in diff sizes apart from the usual like good brand of toiletries and toilet/tissue paper. Near the train stations. 17 min flat walk to Dotonbori. Nice restos nearby and a Lawson just at the corner. Seamless early checkout procedure and we left out luggages in their extra room in the building since our flight was at night. Will highly recommend and use next time. Thank you Ms. Anita❤️

We are happy that the rooms and toilet were clean. The location was superb! Host was very accommodating too.

Hana’s space was perfect for our family holiday in Osaka. It slept 5 of us comfortably and the space had a portable cot for our 1 year old which was handy! The location was perfect as it was 1-2min walk to the train station and just around the corner of Dotonbori street for eats and shopping! Highly recommend this place for a family visiting Osaka.

The place is located very close to bus stop and train station.location is good Only if you a bit sensitive to noise then it can be a bit disturbing as you can hear people walking on the floor above your room. rest everything is good.

Great place, really close to the major tourist area but private and quiet in the home. 7-Eleven in the building and the washing machine is a life savor

Satoshi's place was clean, comfy and in a central part of town. He provided us with everything we needed, and even had tea and water in the fridge for us upon check in!! It was also very easy to communicate with him about any changes or updates to our arrival time. Thanks so much and hope to stay with him again soon!

常棒的一次入住体验！ 民宿的位置非常好，步行就能到八坂神社、清水寺、祇园等景点，早晨出门拍照也很方便，避开了人流高峰。周边街区安静又有生活气息，散步时总能遇见一些小惊喜。 房子在四楼，需要爬楼梯，但对我们来说完全不是问题。房间本身干净整洁，布置简约温馨，住起来非常舒服，像是在京都拥有了一个临时的家。 房东也非常贴心，入住说明清晰，有问题也回复得很快。 总之是一次很满意的住宿体验，谢谢用心的接待！

3家族12人で宿泊しましたが、ベッドもたくさんあり、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来ました！雨が降ってもBBQが出来たのは良かったです！

Clean, aesthetic, and very close to Shinjiho station with lines to Osaka and Nara. Only 10-15 min walk to Kyoto station as well. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms compared to the hotels we stayed in. Host let us leave our luggage in the house before check in when we got to town a little early.

这次和好友一起去关西玩，在小黛家住了三个晚上，真的很棒，典雅的日式榻榻米别墅，内部装饰的也很漂亮，住在里面非常有代入感，别墅位处京都富人区，环境非常好，虽然不在市中心但配套设施很好，地铁和便利店都是极短的步行范围内。然后，小黛姐人真的超级好！很热心，入住之前不厌其烦的在微信上回答我各种问题，到京都当天更是开车来山科站接我们，然后给我们详细的介绍京都应该怎么玩，怎么坐车，还让我们碰到问题随时微信上联系她，最后一晚还拿出珍藏的红酒招待我们，给我的感觉不是房东，而是多年的好朋友在日本招待我。

We loved staying here! It had everything we needed and was peaceful and had beautiful surroundings. it was so convenient that it had a washing machine. There is even a delicious bakery next door! I recommend this location! Naomi was so kind and helpful.

Chiho was a very gracious host and her house is beautiful. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely return!
