It was clean.

The bed is moderately large and the bathroom is very small. The bunk bed ladder is very steep, so it's difficult to put your mind, and the floor space is a little narrow, but there's also a Korean grocery store nearby, and the location is okay. In fact, the disadvantages above are covered.

It was beautiful and easy to spend!

The location and price were very good. Full amenities were provided, and it was a cozy space. I would definitely use it next time!

I used it at a Christmas party.I stayed with the six of us and it was a very beautiful space.It was a good impression that the amenities were complete. The walls and furniture are also beautiful, and I thought it would look like a photo. I noticed that the bunk bed was right next to the air conditioner. Also, it sounds like karaoke until the morning because it's Christmas season.

Had a great stay with a family of four! Room was just as described and was very convenient to a train station and bus stop making the whole city very accessible. Would stay here again for future visits to Kyoto!

We loved Lan's place. The neighborhood is quiet and very local, with low houses, and nearby is the To-ji temple, with the tallest wooden pagoda in Japan. To get to the most important tourist attractions you need to take the bus. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. The views from the rooftop of the entire city are very nice.

The place was in a perfect location and was within a 10 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Also it was 5 minutes away from a couple of bus stops which was key for us since we were exploring all parts of Kyoto. As for the space, it was big for 2 people and very clean! We had a minor issue with our washer/dryer, but they were responsive and fixed it right away. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

It was clean, spacious, and so nice However, it was a little cold, but I think this is unavoidable. It's a little far from the station, but it was still too good to rest. Warm water comes out well and the atmosphere is good. I'm going to visit again next time

This was a lovely apartment that had everything we needed. The washing machine was a huge bonus. It was very clean and well located. The only two small things was that we weren't given our room number but luckily the host was very close by so it was sorted quickly. And, there's no lift and the stairs are very narrow and steep. This means if you've got heavy luggage it will be quite a strain!

We felt super comfortable and safe during our stay. The location was perfect – we could walk to so many places, which was really convenient. Everything was very clean and all the essentials were provided. A big thank you to the lovely staff who were always helpful and friendly, answering all our questions with a smile. We’d definitely come back!

huge room & bathroom! well located near to subway station and multiple buses that goes to popular tourist spots! theres a lot restaurants & convenient stores nearby! within walking distance theres also 2 shopping malls about 15-20min walk :)
