The location of the airbnb was serene. Great views and well kept place. Apart from the niggles with the bugs during evening time. Stay was peaceful. The helper on site at the property was very helpful and proactive. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This homestay is located centrally in waynad area . You will enjoy lot of indoor & outdoor activities in Villa itself . Caretaker Akhil will make your trip memorable by staying in constant touch so that you will enjoy holidays hassle free This place is as it's described . This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

The stay was absolutely perfect! It was booked last minute and our check in was super late. The caretaker was superb and was super responsive, as well as the manager. The only thing I would ask to be improved is a bit more privacy, especially while using the pool. Other than that everything was perfect!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! The view was breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty every day was a dream come true. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is quite private, which gave us the space to really relax and have fun without interruptions. It’s a bit of a challenge to reach the hotel because of the steep road, but trust me — it’s totally worth the effort once you get there. The cleanliness was top-notch — definitely a 5-star experience in that regard. The food was simply awesome, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

We were a group of 4 friends traveling from Bangalore, looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway—and Shyam's place delivered just that. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a variety of fruit and flower trees, which made the environment feel serene and refreshing. One of the highlights of our stay was the food—Shyam arranged delicious home-cooked meals for us. We especially loved the chicken kadai and biryani; both were absolutely mouth-watering! The location is great too, with many tourist spots nearby. Banasura Sagar Dam is just a short drive away and offers a beautiful walking trail around the dam. For adventure lovers, there’s a zipline at both Banasura and Karapuzha dams, but we found the one at Karapuzha to be more thrilling. Overall, a wonderful stay—we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat in Wayanad!

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Absolutely amazing place, with the tea fields right next door. Ronald was an amazing host and super helpful. There was always great food either cooked by the host family directly or from local restaurants and as much tea as one would like. Furthermore Ronald helped me organize day trips and a taxi to my next location, which both worked seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
