Great location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I talked to the host, but some things we found in the apartment. Worn bedding, and there was 1 duvet with holes. Broken glass shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!
