Vacation rentals with breakfast in Joinville

Rose received us super well and was an excellent host. We were super comfortable, with free access to the house, privacy and comfort. In the morning makes a coffee for the guests, with cake and everything. The house is very well located, in the center, near the Brava beach and 10 min drive from the mansa beach in Caioba. It's really an excellent option and I intend to come back a lot more times!

I made the reservation for my father. He really liked the space and the hosts. He mentioned that it is an inn with a lot of potential and that, with some small renovations, it will become an even cooler accommodation. In short, a peaceful stay in Matinhos.

The stay at Diógeses' house was surprising. We were made to feel very welcome and feel welcomed by your sympathy. The surroundings were very clean, breakfast was very full and well prepared. Detached house in a quiet area ,fresh air right across the sea ,beach for swimming , with private parking, with all the comforts , grills and good internet. You leave the car and in 1 minute you are in the sea for swimming , you can walk on the wonderful street behind the house and next to the other beach. Eliana very helpful and discreet, willing to help with what we needed ! We loved it and will be back soon!

I was on this holiday with my daughter and wife, we were very well received by Milena and her husband, they made us very comfortable. Always available to help or give directions. Simply EVERYTHING was wonderful! We will definitely be back. Amazing place, clean, organized, facing the beach. Spectacular breakfast. It exceeded our expectations, totally recommended. For days of rest and leisure, you don't need anything more than what the stay provides. We only have to thank you!

This location was nice, clean, and close to the beach. It was easy to find and Alex was super responsive and clear about instructions. It has a pool and a wonderful churrasco area, which was great. The actual house was a bit different than I expected - the kitchen is in a different room next to a bathroom in the back and the main house has the 3 bedrooms and a small living room with a bathroom - but it was perfect for what we needed for the long weekend. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a quiet beach stay!

For the second time at the Pousada, speechless, top, all perfectly clean and quiet, not to mention the reception of Ale and Angelita's attention at breakfast, always willing and friendly... We will DEFINITELY be back.

I went with my husband and had a very pleasant stay. The guesthouse is one of those nice places to be. It is also quiet and close to the beach and those responsible are all cordial and attentive - they are flexible with check-in, which made our stay much easier.

The stay exceeded expectations, from the quality of the apartment, the excellent service of everyone at the inn, the quality of the breakfast, the excellent location to enjoy Enseada beach, Prainha, among others. It was very worthwhile to stay at Residencial dos Reis!

Perfect, we were warmly welcomed, the inn is close to several points such as overlooks, trail, beach, wonderful breakfast.

Marta is very sweet, kind and helpful. He left us at ease and greeted us with an umbrella, since there was a lot of rain. Very polite, she responded quickly and recommended several places to us.

We were extremely well received. Clean, beautiful, and organized space. Hezekiah is a super nice kra and invited us for a Jeep ride on a trail (which will soon be offered to the general public) Ride was super of the hour! We strongly recommend it!
