Exceeded our expectations! We spent Réveillon in this house and will be remembered with great affection. The structure is new, well equipped and extremely pleasant, ensuring a lot of comfort. The cleanliness of the environment is impeccable, something that really caught our attention. The hostess is a standout apart: kind, receptive and always helpful, it made us feel at home from the very first moment. The look of the place is simply wonderful, conveying a unique tranquillity. We spent an amazing week as a family, there were 10 of us and the house had everything from kitchen equipment, bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room, children's playhouse, barbecue and a wonderful outdoor space, in addition to being close to great bakeries and supermarkets! We had a barbecue, roasted marshmallows in the yard, spent unique moments, we will definitely be back!!

It was a privilege to spend the long holiday in Campo Alegre in this very special place, full of stories and memories since 1957. The house has a unique energy — cozy, charming and full of personality. Every corner reflects care and affection, and that made all the difference in our stay. We very much like to spend good times at Agnaldo's house. Vista is beautiful, house is cozy and has a circular cabin almost in the lake that my youngest son wanted to sleep there. We wander a lot by kayak. We cooked on site and everything went well. We'll go back.

The apartment is well located, a few minutes drive downtown. Pernoitei with my family to enjoy the Pasch of Pomerode, the flat is very wide, it was very clean and organized.

This was my second long term stay with Artur and every bit as good as the first visit. He even added a capsule coffeemaker which satiafied my endless coffee addiction. Great location. Great pool and gym on top floor. Very nice apartment, and you couldn't ask for a better host.

My stay and that of my family was very pleasant. The apartment is excellent and cozy, its amenities allowed us to feel at home. Well located, it allowed short walks to the bakery, market and even the beach. Self check-in and self check-out were very easy, with detailed instructions provided by the host.

The apartment is like the ad, was extremely clean and organized, very complete mainly in the matter of great kitchen, bedrooms and beds, mega surprised everyone. Márcia always very quickly I return and helpful in everything we needed. We'll be back for sure!!
