Vacation rentals with a patio in Joinville

Cozy place, comfortable beds, fully equipped. Beautiful view. Great parking space. For those who had a baby, it was wonderful, elevator, apartment all clean and organized. The host went through everything in detail, we didn't need to bother her because everything was fine. Corresponded with the listing.

Impeccably decorated space, I arrived with that “smell” of freshly washed and cared for linens! The apartment in structure has nothing to comment, only to praise the lighting that makes it even more comfortable, first-class trousseau, equipped kitchen and with glasses to the height of you taking a good wine. The difference is that you don't need to bring a water bottle, there is even a filter with sparkling water, lol Nespresso coffee machine and some spices that help with cooking. I highly recommend it…. It was a very pleasant experience, and I felt at home!

Excellent Airbnb, Guilherme responds quickly and I had a very flexible check-in. The location is close to a supermarket, pharmacy and some shops. The place has everything, it's like a cozy house that has everything a person needs. Congratulations on hosting and I definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Joinville.

Cozy accommodation, just minutes from UNIVILLE, with a carefully prepared environment to provide comfort and well-being to guests. If I returned to Joinville, I would certainly stay there again. The host, Eliane Terezinha, was extremely cordial, attentive and genuinely receptive, providing a unique, welcoming and personalized experience. I have stayed in many places, but I have never been received with such affection and dedication as I was by her.

Fairly spacious and very well equipped apartment. Air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms... Very well located. Clean and organized place!

My stay on Norma Airbnb was excellent! The space was clean, well-organized and exactly like in the listing. In addition, Norma was super attentive and flexible, allowing me to check in early as I came from afar and would not be able to arrive at the standard time. This care made all the difference! I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The accommodation of Maria is great, it is a large house that was very well divided, the land is totally private and is in a dead end, which keeps it quiet at all times.

The apartment is exactly as it is on the listing, we went in 4 people and we were very well accommodated. Condominínio has a great structure and the beach is excellent.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! The best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We'll definitely be back more and more often!

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

The apartment is comfy and cozy. Kitchen complete with all utensils. The room has a great TV with a complete range of channels. Bedroom with a comfortable bed and brand new air conditioning. Large garage and is located practically attached to the apartment. Finally, the condominium is on a very quiet street and is very safe. Congratulations on the space.
