I went with family, we spent 5 wonderful days. The home matches exactly what is described. Apparently it is a simple building, but when you enter the property, you can see how large, clean and well furnished it is. The clean and soft beds, excellent pillows, all very good and excellent care. I would definitely stay in this property again, well worth it.

I stayed recently and it was simply impeccable! The loft was extremely clean and fragrant — from the garage you could already feel the care and attention to the environment. Everything is very cozy, well decorated and with a calm energy. The location is also excellent: right in the center, in a prime and beautiful area, but at the same time quiet and calm. Ideal for resting, working or enjoying the city. Close to several restaurants, the mall and market. Easy to arrive and exit. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

The hostess was kind and helpful! The site has a great location, with everything you need on the next block. Fruteira, market, pharmacies, bakery, cosmetics store and bazaar. The only point that is not favorable are the mosquitoes!

My stay on Norma Airbnb was excellent! The space was clean, well-organized and exactly like in the listing. In addition, Norma was super attentive and flexible, allowing me to check in early as I came from afar and would not be able to arrive at the standard time. This care made all the difference! I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed with our baby and 3 year old. We thought the space would be small for the 4 of us and all our luggage, but it was spacious and clean and safe for our children to explore. We were delighted with the house and would definitely return if we are in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and the veranda is a lovely place to relax in the evening. Geralda and her family were kind, responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We definitely recommend it!

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.

It faces the sea, in a place that conveys indescribable peace. The condominium is very well located, close to Beto Carrero and other tourist cities in the region. We recommend with eyes closed! In addition, the house is very cozy even on the coldest days. We definitely want to come back at a future opportunity.
