Vacation rentals with a patio in Johnson City

It is very cozy for a short stay. It is about 14 minutes to Grandfather Mountain. Great communicating with Amy prior arrival, she greeted us at the entrance.

This Airbnb felt like home! Everything was perfect. The place was clean and spacious, and the host was super kind and helpful. The jacuzzi tub was our favorite, and the patio views were amazing. I loved the room so much that I used it to propose to my wife. She said yes! This stay will definitely be one we’ll never forget, and we’ll definitely be returning. If you’re looking for an Airbnb, you won’t be disappointed.

Honestly I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The apartment is stunning, comfortable, close to all the downtown shops and not one single detail was forgotten. Everything was over and above even to the extent that there are little lights in the doggie rooms. I love it! I will definitely stay here again next time Im in the area.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. They were very well organized throughout the living arrangements with over the top instructions for everything. Most well put together place I might add. Very nice and attentive couple! Thank you and see you next year hopefully!

This property was outstanding! Everything in the pictures and what was promised was just as it should have been. Would I recommend this property to others - absolutely. I am not sure that there is a better place in Bristol especially for a wedding at the Bristol Virginia trainstation. Very walkable with numerous restaurants within walking distance. If I am in the need in the future this will be my go-to place.

High quality, 100% cotton linens which are hard to find. I’ve grown accustomed to carry my own when I travel now and I didn’t have to change the sheets upon arrival! Cosy and lovely location. We didn’t walk to DT Burnsville because it was so cold, but lots of locals walking dogs etc. I’m in love with Burnsville NC and will be returning regularly. This place feels like home.

From the moment I arrived, this Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity I could possibly need (and then some). The host clearly put a lot of thought into the little details—fresh towels and even a personalized welcome note. The bed and couch was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful at night. I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs, but this one truly stood out for its warmth, charm, and overall comfort. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience!

Paul and Hannah’s place (multi townhouse-complex) is located high on Sugar Mountain and is visible from many sites around the area. The place was clean and we used the kitchen a lot. If you need to store extra food after cooking, bring your own containers with lids. It does have “bare minimum supplies” as stated in the description. For example: 5 k-cups, a few creamers, and sugar. Having a washer and dryer is a plus! The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Parking was plentiful at this time. Water pressure is very low, but no fault of theirs. Beds were comfortable. You need to catch the sunrise and sunset as they are remarkable!! 😊 We would stay here again if we returned to North Carolina! Sue K

This place is very secluded in the woods, very scenic! I saw a bunch of deer! It was very clean, WiFi was in and out, not a great signal downstairs where the bedroom is. Place was very clean, great for my short stay. One thing, which Michele did warn beforehand, there is no cell service for a mile or 2 when coming in. Waze took me up Howell Rd, which is not correct! If you are coming from the south on Rebels Creek Rd go past Howell and then a left on Castanea St. Very easy once I figured that out. Also make sure to get groceries beforehand. Your only real option is the Walmart in Spruce Pine, the Ingles has been closed since the hurricane. Overall a great stay! All brand new appliances and very pleasant! A+ Will definitely stay here again!

Tiffany and Don were great host. very clear instructions, great communication from the time I booked till when I left. I felt right at home at there place. very clean, comfortable furnature.. the game room stole the stay for me lol we had soo much fun in there.. The house had everything you could need even leashes for the dog and toys if you forgot your own.. They thought of everything. Thank you all soo much for the amazing stay and I will recommend to anyone going to Johnson city and I will stay again myself..

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin. It is beautifully furnished, spotless, and Brenda is an exceptional host who has thought of everything. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for beautiful amenities, peace and quiet, and a responsive host!

A wonderful home in a beautiful area! Adeline was very helpful and responsive to any questions. Overall a great host, a great house and a great trip. a little traveling to see some amazing things and enjoy a bit of what Tennessee had to offer. The house was clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee and seasonings. plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Our only wish would have been if there was a grill we could have used on the deck for a little cookout. but that being said, it didn't take away from our stay at all. We can't wait to come back! and hopefully for a longer stay!

This home is exactly as advertised and our host, Hugo, was extremely responsive. The instructions were detailed and check out was a breeze without complicated to-do lists. The highlights of this listing for our family were the foosball table/ arcade games, peaceful dining room with wooded views and well appointed space (coffee maker with pods, extra towels/pillows/blankets, laundry pods, for pit, etc.). We would definitely return!

Pie in the sky was perfect for our family of 5! The views were absolutely incredible. It had everything we needed to cook, relax and stay for the weekend. Our family has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s and this was one of our favorites. Highly recommended!

Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

I had a wonderful stay and a wait to come back ! The place was very cute and quaint, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking — the views alone made it worth the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. Being able to soak in the hot tub and use the sauna after all day hiking was fabulous. My host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful time! The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants and stores. The back porch was by far my favorite part of the house. We can’t wait to visit again.

Great stay at Alexis's Air B&B! The condo was adorable - just what you want for a mountain/ski weekend. FANTASTIC location - could walk to slopes, tubing hill, the little Beech Mtn Village. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the condo - boot warmers, chapstick, etc. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were very nice as well - made for a good night's sleep!
