I had an amazing experience in this flat! The location is excellent, close to everything and super practical for everyday life. The apartment was impeccably clean, as were the common areas of the condominium, everything very well taken care of. Marly was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back at the next opportunity!

Cozy, comfortable, extremely clean, well maintained, fragrant and fully equipped with a very nice balcony. Exactly as in the advertised photos. The building is perfect, clean, well located in front of the beach, offers a gym, a wonderful pool and a very nice area to rest on the rooftop. The host Jaqueline is great, very attentive, helpful, answers questions, responds super fast, gave us great tips. Our stay was perfect, I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back!!!

New condominium, with complete infrastructure and excellent employees, very professional, polite and friendly. For the 11 days we stayed, the only thing missing was the welcome chocolates (Rs). I recommend it.

My first time and my wife in JP, simply amazing, the apartment is 2 minutes from the beach and the Joao Pessoa sign, simply everything wonderful, Pedro responds very quickly and gave us several tips and recommendations on what to do in JP, I just didn't like the reception staff, very ignorant and rude, otherwise EVERYTHING was perfect!!!

First, let's talk about Natalia, proactive, interested, extremely considerate and kind. The hospitality of the hostess notes 1000, the house super well equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils, barbecue and beach/pool leisure. SmartV new, which gave us a lot of amenity for a lovely Netflix at the end of the day after lots of sun and lots of beach. Calm and quiet location a few meters from the beach that provided us with all the necessary infrastructure. The wide and airy house as reported in the photos and we will definitely come back. P.S. For those who are afraid of waves or the sea, there is an area with quiet water facing the sea that those who can't swim will be able to enjoy the day in the water a lot without taking a chance.

very pleasant weekend. We love the house, everything is very nice.

The house is spectacular, super well maintained and pleasant. We were 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 rooms are enough with comfort. Great room integrated with kitchen, living room and pool outside. Taninha and Ana are awesome. The long weekend was very nice and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Location as advertised. A car is required to get from João Pessoa to the airb. I will definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable space, all amenities as advertised. Easy and quick communication with the host, close to everything. Very quiet. Wall-mounted air-conditioning, a little noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and an efficient refrigerator. In short, it's worth it and I'll be back as soon as possible.
