The listing is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

We had a great stay! The house is spacious, very well located and exactly as described in the listing. We were very well received by the hostess, who was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Hilton was very helpful from the beginning of our conversation. Upon arrival, he received us, showed us the accommodation and gave us complete safety. It proved helpful from beginning to end!!! In addition, the house is very well-equipped, it has all kinds of basic household items, kitchen with pots, salt, sugar, stove, refrigerator, TV, etc. The rooms are very spacious, especially the last one. Everyone with a bathroom, which was great because we were in 6 people. Swimming pool is pretty cool. We stayed there enjoying with the family until late because the water was delicious. The house is relatively close to the beach, but you need to walk a little longer to be on a part of the beach that the wave is quieter. Nothing too much, after all is walking on the beach, which everyone loves! For family and friends, this house is super well, there is no tightness, and Hilton has given us security at all times. I highly recommend it!

Bem was my second time in the House, which means we like it a lot! It's agrable, spacious, full of good places... The reception is impeccable, Rosa and Marcos are attentive and receptive. Thank God it was all excellent...I highly recommend it!

I've been using the platform for years, in several Brazilian states, and this was undoubtedly the best accommodation we've ever stayed in. There were 9 of us and everyone loved it. The house is much more beautiful than you see in the photos, and many details that are not in the photos surprised us positively. Miguel and Rose are of unparalleled empathy and attention, everything we requested was met quickly and with affection. We have nothing to complain about regarding the stay. I can't fail to mention Mrs. Neide, who was appointed by them to help us with kitchen and house services while we were there. A very polite and attentive lady who made a total difference in our stay, bringing us even more comfort. Super recommended!!! The house, the hosts, and Mrs. Neide. I highly recommend Diego's house. With your eyes closed! The house is very comfortable, it is nice to stay, it fits a lot of people.... it is all very close, especially the beach, which is a great advantage. Diego always attended to us and helped us with everything we needed. So, for those who come on vacation and don't want to waste time and stay in a nice place that feels like home, just book! Lovely place. Sara and her husband are such great hosts, doing everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and spa are a plus and the rooftop is perfect to rest and lounge after a long beach day. Thanks Sara, I will definitely stay at your place again when returning to João Pessoa.

Great flat, flexible check-in, all amenities according to description. Gentle host and fast in service, left water, soda, in the refrigerator for me. Comfortable bed, close to the beach and everything needed as a market, pharmacy, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants and nighttime movement. Voltaria for sure.

Our stay was perfect… nothing to complain about. The Ap exactly as described in the listing… Well located, all nearby, building with gym and pool… very accessible host… recommend!!!

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The apartment is cozy, comfortable, well-equipped, all brand new. It has a great location, a few meters from the beach, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants. The security of the building is excellent with 24-hour gatekeepers, which are very polite and helpful. Juliana was a thoughtful host, the flexibility of the chek-in helped a lot. I highly recommend it.

I stayed for a week in Renata's apartment and it was all very practical, since check-in. The apartment matches the description and had everything we needed for the stay. I recommend it!

Space as described. Very quiet place, no noise. Anfritriã always responds fast and very polite. Apartment with all the amenities that are in the listing. Safe location and a few minutes from the Central waterfront. Lots of home utensils in the apartment.

Very comfortable space, all amenities as advertised. Easy and quick communication with the host, close to everything. Very quiet. Wall-mounted air-conditioning, a little noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and an efficient refrigerator. In short, it's worth it and I'll be back as soon as possible.

Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . One of the highlights was undoubtedly the balcony, extremely wide and comfortable, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant climate of the region. The location within the Luxor condominium is simply fantastic — the apartment offers a superior quality experience. We also highlight the impeccable organization and cleaning of the place. The building itself is very well cared for, with pleasant interaction areas and a welcoming atmosphere. Its privileged beachfront location has provided us with wonderful moments on a warm water beach. The only consideration we do, for those who think about walking to the Tambaú sign, is that the walk lasts about 50 minutes. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We'll be back!
