The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

The cottage is built in a forest where anyone who loves nature can relax. The cottage includes a tiny wine bar when you can use furniture, create a seating area in front of the cabin, or in all corners of the forest. Parking right next to the cabin. We offer to rent mobilheim with parking in the beautiful countryside of Kokořínska. Mobilheim can be rented for 2-6 people. There is a possibility to use the pool or barbecue with the owners. Beautiful surrounding countryside, lots of cultural and natural attractions like Kokořín Castle, Houska, Bezděz, Pokličky, Mácha Lake, historical center of Mělník, car museum in Mladá Bol. In Šemanovice, cultural events are held in the Nostalgic Mouse Restaurant and there is also a smaller Semafor Theatre Museum.
