The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. A wonderful place, from which there is an amazing view of the region on one side and the Krkonoše ridges on the other. In winter, a well-maintained cross-country trail leads to the village of Strážné, 50m from the house, where it connects to the Krkonoše highway.
