Monthly Rentals in Jiutepec

The house is just as you can see in the photos, it has everything to be comfortable and the garden is very nice. In addition, Emmanuel is super attentive and helpful in whatever it takes.

The place has what is advertised, it is easy to get to and close to the Avenue, it was totally clean and without any inconvenience. We hope to return soon

Honestly I was a little nervous about booking this place because it seemed too good to be true. This unit really is an amazing gem at a crazy good value for the price. The neighborhood is gated and felt safe and friendly. There is a large park across the street from the unit with a playground and basketball court etc. The neighborhood has almost everything you need from little stores, but there is also a nearby Walmart. It’s a short drive to Cuernavaca. The unit itself has hot water (not always a guarantee in Mexico), solid internet, a decent sized fridge for longer stays, and even a washing machine for clothes. The host was always responsive and friendly and seemed truly interested in making our stay in the unit as pleasant as possible. The biggest thing though was the absolutely insanely good price. I’m reluctant to mention it because we want to come stay again but honestly I think the host should raise the price. 🤷‍♂️
