Luis’s apartment was very comfortable and impecable clean. Access was easy and he kept contact with us when needed. Mattresses and sheets were amazing. The place is located inside a club so we were able to enjoy the pool and the restaurant (which by the way is really good, authentic and provides great customer service).

I really enjoyed the stay, Luis was a great host, they provide very clear instructions. The place is just like the photos, very clean and nice. It's a great plus that you can go into the club to swim, play tennis or soccer, and the restaurant there has very good food.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's neatly organized. It's just like the pictures. Its location is central. Jerome was very friendly and always responded to my messages. It's a great option in Cuernavaca.

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

Our experience was very good. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with great kindness, which made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable, perfect for resting after our family activities. The location is ideal, as everything is close and it's very easy to get around. In addition, we were lucky enough to enjoy excellent weather throughout the stay. We would definitely love to return in the future.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.

Wonderful stay, the subdivision is quiet and easy to access, the place has privacy and has everything you need to enjoy a real rest, clean sheets, towels, impeccable kitchen and bathroom, quite cool for the heat of the area, excellent amenities to relax, the pool practically for us alone, comfortable furniture, places nearby to buy something if you forget, Brenda the host is super friendly and is always attentive, the price of the place is worth every penny you pay, it is certainly 1000% recommended to continue visiting it, without noisy neighbors by the way, I recommend you stay here without hesitation.

Very nice stay, a very familiar concept, the only drawback is that it is in a difficult access area if you do not carry a car, fortunately bring all the necessary promotions. Super friendly hosts and very sympathetic to the transportation issue, they supported us at all times. Very happy and satisfied 😇

Very clean and tidy place, the furniture is very functional and very good service from Montserrat

The house is ideal for going with children, just a lot of eye on the stairs, since there are 3 levels... Ideal place to rest, a roast meat and enjoy a few days as a family. Super safe, perfect for walking, running or biking. The weather is warm most of the day and I will definitely be back. Marino is a great host. Tip, there are little shops nearby, even prepared food they sell.

The apartment is super comfortable! You really enjoy it a lot. We went with two kids and it's really super practical. Being on the ground floor, you can be on the terrace and see the children who are in the pool without a problem. As for the cleanliness, everything is spotless, with mosquito nets and air conditioning in all environments. The kitchen is 100% equipped. Everything works and is in perfect condition. The cluster is small which makes it very quiet and family-friendly.

In general everything is fine, only the guards every time I came in asked for identification and it was annoying, if they already knew that we were going to come in and out they would ask for it every time, everything else is excellent and very quiet to rest, a little far from the restaurants, close only to what the locals sold but rich
