Great staff and place

We had a super relaxing and enjoyable stay, the house was very clean, he was always very clear with all the house instructions, the costs and kindness are not even worth mentioning. The host was attentive even from the questions about the house, the reservation and the stay. The boiler is well worth it and the outdoor facilities are in very good condition. Honestly, I don't know why it has the bad reviews, but I personally disapprove of them. I would love to come back and have another pleasant time at the house, and again, thank you very much to the host for his attention and for lending us his home for a family weekend

The house is really beautiful! It makes you feel like you're somewhere else, the place is amazing, very accessible. I had a birthday party there, and Miguel is attentive and extremely friendly and helpful! We definitely want to go back a thousand times, we were very happy! It's totally worth it!

There was a slight refrigerator failure that was immediately addressed by the host so as not to cause any inconvenience (excellent service)

It is a very quiet, beautiful and pleasant house to disconnect and be in contact with nature. Its facilities allow you to have a very comfortable stay, even though the pool is not heated, you don't need it because the weather does its thing so you can enjoy it without a problem. Mrs. Enedina and her family are very friendly, helpful and discreet. Juan was very helpful at all times and his directions are very precise. The photos don't do the house justice, it really is beautiful and ideal to disconnect from everything, I just recommend that you bring fans because they don't work but apart from that everything was perfect and it's close to squares, and commercial stores, everything was excellent, I would definitely return

The beautiful garden, the warm and nice pool, the unbeatable roast area and the house really comfortable with everything you need and more, I loved the kitchen! My family and I had a great time. In addition to the house is wonderful, the great plus are Lulu and Alejandro, they help you in everything, they keep everything tidy and clean, they are aware of anything you need, they are very friendly. You feel at home and relax. I definitely recommend it, one of the best houses in Cuernavaca.

Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! It's a beautiful accommodation, the photos don't do it justice, it's more spacious than what you see, Georgina and Mrs. Margarita's service was always excellent, the area is quiet without noise, although we've heard stories of insecurity, we feel safe in the accommodation, they have a folder with information on emergency numbers and places to eat and visit, the pool is delicious in hot weather, all rooms and common areas have fans and large windows that help a lot against the heat, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare whatever you want, there's a market a few blocks away where you can buy everything and in front there's a small store with essentials. You won't regret it, it's a great place to spend the weekend and relax.

Adrián’s home is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Tucked away in a quiet, gated residential neighborhood, it felt incredibly safe and offered the perfect escape from the buzz of the city. The house is immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out—our group of eight had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The home is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The pool is large enough for swimming laps, and the garden is absolutely stunning—clearly maintained with care by a dedicated gardener who visits daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast prepared by Eva. Using fresh, local ingredients and groceries we picked up from a nearby store just minutes away, she made us the most delicious meal. Adrián was a warm and welcoming host who made sure we felt completely at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay in Cuernavaca. We’re already hoping to return soon!

I had an event with friends, the place and the amenities it has were an essential part of one of the best experiences we've had as a group. We'll definitely be back another time.

Best place to Rent! I go twice a year

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

Excellent house, very nice, very clean, it was as described. On the other hand, Hector was a very good host, and he was always attentive and in communication. He let us in a couple of hours early and leave a couple of hours later and that was a plus because we got to work there on Friday. In conclusion, everything is great. We will definitely rent that amazing house again.

A very nice place, beautiful rooms, enough space for the whole family and for everyone to have their privacy. Very flexible check in and check out times. The area where it is located is very safe and easily accessible. Just one observation: there were several dog poops, especially one very ugly one just below the dining room that is outside the kitchen.
