The house is very clean, nice and comes with everything you need if you want to cook something, Sue was attentive to all the details even before she arrived with my family, she recommended places to buy local food and supermarkets in addition to the oxxo where you find almost everything, communication with her is very agile and she is a very friendly host! Definitely Sue's place is a good place to stay and I highly recommend it!

the house was to my liking, some cleaning issues but nothing serious, a spotlight was melted and I think that was important, because it was the one on the stairs. The house is just like the photos and description, it does not have air conditioning but we do not feel so hot (we visited in March week 1), the bathrooms clean, the kitchen with everything to prepare a meal, breakfast or dinner. The oven, the stove, the cooler all in good condition. Gonzalo was always very attentive and the area is very quiet, it is a very large subdivision and there are few houses occupied, which makes it very quiet, the pool is large, ideal for children and adults. It was a magnificent experience, from contact and communication with Gonzalo to getting to the accommodation and seeing everything it offered. Gonzalo provided us with clear instructions on how to get there, the rules of the place and recommended activities and places to visit, and was always attentive to anything we need. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, there is an Oxxo and places to buy food at a short distance if a vehicle is not carried. Likewise, the amenities with more that the place has, such as the pool, terrace with barbecue, a spectacular view, among others, make it the perfect place if looking to disconnect from work and relax. We only had a topic with the internet during the last night that we were there, but being something very punctual, I think it was the subject of the service provider and not a problem of another kind.

We stayed two weeks ago at Casa Guayaba and we loved it!!! We traveled with our 3 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The house seemed super nice and cozy, we loved the fridge. We liked the detail of the typical sweets and the bottle of wine, the space and places to walk in the green areas of the house were spectacular. The only two drawbacks we had were that the solar panels were not enough to heat up as we expected both in the jacuzzi and the pool, and the cost of the boiler was a bit high, but in the end it changed the experience and was worth it. Also, our last night the power went out and it was a bit frustrating that night because the fans stopped working and the heat was trapped inside. We know it wasn't the house's issue, but if there's a plan B for those situations, it's amazing. The cleaning was really good. Norma was very kind, but you had to remind her of basic details. We'll definitely be back

The place is very nice, just as the photos show, it gives a lot of peace and tranquility, every day there is something to do, play basketball, tennis, go for a run, make a mess in the green areas or relax in the pool, at night we went out for a walk and the weather is delightful, I would definitely come back.

We were looking for a budget house with a pool because we went to a wedding and Maricela's house was excellent... it was spacious , good price , clean and Maricela was always attentive to what we need. The pool is not private and you have to walk a little but everything was very good.

Eduardo was really friendly and accessible the whole time. He helped me by getting a hair dryer and I really appreciated it because we were going to a wedding and he was always attentive. Communication was prompt and he was always ready to help us. The house is as shown in the photos, very comfortable and although it is a private one (mentioned in the description of the house) there was a lot of privacy. I see that in other comments they mention that the pool is dirty, the reality is that there are many trees and they shed leaves, obviously they fall into the pool but it was not dirty at all, just a little cold but with the weather it becomes nice. I have no complaints, it was a very good experience.
