Jose Angel is an excellent host. The house is very comfortable, clean and spacious. We went to a concert at Jardines de Mexico and it's very close. I really highly recommend it.

The house is very clean, nice and comes with everything you need if you want to cook something, Sue was attentive to all the details even before she arrived with my family, she recommended places to buy local food and supermarkets in addition to the oxxo where you find almost everything, communication with her is very agile and she is a very friendly host! Definitely Sue's place is a good place to stay and I highly recommend it!

the house was to my liking, some cleaning issues but nothing serious, a spotlight was melted and I think that was important, because it was the one on the stairs. The house is just like the photos and description, it does not have air conditioning but we do not feel so hot (we visited in March week 1), the bathrooms clean, the kitchen with everything to prepare a meal, breakfast or dinner. The oven, the stove, the cooler all in good condition. Gonzalo was always very attentive and the area is very quiet, it is a very large subdivision and there are few houses occupied, which makes it very quiet, the pool is large, ideal for children and adults. The condo is very nice, the house too, the only problem we had is that we ran out of water because they cut off the supply and activate it again in the early morning, there was a theme with the boiler but Ximena sent people to help us, it is a quiet place, we had a great time, Ximena was always responsive and eager to help us.

Susy's house is very nice and cozy, just as it is in the photos. It has all the health measures so we were with all the confidence. For the pool there are schedules for each house, so we were able to have it just for ourselves. Susy is available for any questions, always available

It was a magnificent experience, from contact and communication with Gonzalo to getting to the accommodation and seeing everything it offered. Gonzalo provided us with clear instructions on how to get there, the rules of the place and recommended activities and places to visit, and was always attentive to anything we need. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities, there is an Oxxo and places to buy food at a short distance if a vehicle is not carried. Likewise, the amenities with more that the place has, such as the pool, terrace with barbecue, a spectacular view, among others, make it the perfect place if looking to disconnect from work and relax. We only had a topic with the internet during the last night that we were there, but being something very punctual, I think it was the subject of the service provider and not a problem of another kind.

We stayed two weeks ago at Casa Guayaba and we loved it!!! We traveled with our 3 dogs and they enjoyed it as much as we did. The house seemed super nice and cozy, we loved the fridge. We liked the detail of the typical sweets and the bottle of wine, the space and places to walk in the green areas of the house were spectacular. The only two drawbacks we had were that the solar panels were not enough to heat up as we expected both in the jacuzzi and the pool, and the cost of the boiler was a bit high, but in the end it changed the experience and was worth it. Also, our last night the power went out and it was a bit frustrating that night because the fans stopped working and the heat was trapped inside. We know it wasn't the house's issue, but if there's a plan B for those situations, it's amazing. The cleaning was really good. Norma was very kind, but you had to remind her of basic details. We'll definitely be back

A very quiet and beautiful place, as advertised they always responded kindly and on time, they were very flexible with my requests we just didn't like the treatment of the guards at the entrance to the subdivision everything else is Excellent!!! Highly recommend

An excellent stay and have an amazing time

Excellent hosts! Always ready to answer any questions. They gave us the keys in person and gave us a tour of the house. The space is very large and is equipped with more than necessary so you don't have to leave the house. If you travel with a baby, it's super comfortable because they have a high chair, bathtub, crib, etc. It's a very quiet and peaceful area and there are many green areas to walk around. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay, much nicer than what you can see in the photos, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, internet and a few steps from the lake. The pool is very clean and at a good temperature (in my case we were able to enjoy it for ourselves). The location is perfect and the host Tanya is friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend this place for couples!

Julio is a 10-star host, the truth is he is very accessible and always answers any questions you have, it is a house that just started on Airbnb and of course it has some areas for improvement, but nothing out of this world, I went with my two children and they had a great time in the pool, my son played soccer on the field and he loved it, it is a place that is more for something relaxed since the rules are somewhat strict, but I think for a family plan it is excellent. The beds are comfortable and the house has everything you need to be very comfortable. Many thanks to Julio and his family, all very kind and of course we'll be back.

This is the second time I've stayed with Antonio, and everything was great. This time I went with my family and pets and we had a great time. He was always attentive to our requests. The house is very clean with everything you need to spend a quiet and relaxing weekend. We'll be back soon.

Mrs. Esperanza's cottage feels very friendly and fresh. We found everything necessary for our stay. 100% impeccable in cleanliness thanks to Mrs. Delia who was the one who welcomed us. The green areas of the private and the subdivision in good condition and clean, the pool area is common but the neighbors are very quiet apart from coexistence regulations. The water could say "warm" but excellent for the warmth that touched us (37°C) and inside the Fracc there are 2 shops, both very well stocked, either in a few times 5-7 min there is an oxxo and a gas station The car is inside the private one steps from the casita so it feels safe in a general way. The area as such is very quiet but there are also restaurants with a variety of options (we recommend "My 2 lands") as well as barecitos we definitely recommend the place

A good place to stay, I recommend Ivan and his place, you feel comfortable and the room is air-conditioned, the area is excellent for enjoying the sun!!
