During your stay in this unique place surrounded by nature, you will be captivated by the unconventional modern design and technology combined with solid wood and a very stylish interior design, and you will certainly also be delighted by the beautiful private wellness area with a state-of-the-art hot tub and a lovely Finnish sauna; in addition to the 2 showers, in the wellness area you can also cool off by going straight out onto the property's terrace and garden. Apartment in a family house by the dam

The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house near the Jablonec dam. The main entrance and hallway share two separate apartments. The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

The apartment is located in a very good location in a family house. City center on foot about 10 min. Public transport stop right in front of the house. Very close is also the popular Jablonecká dam - use both in summer and winter (bicycle, in-line, swimming, paddleboard, etc.) Train station about 3 min. on foot. There are plenty of great places to see and a great place to start your trip. Grocery store also very close. (5 min) In winter, the nearest ski slope is 15 min by car. Free parking in front of the house. Pets are not a problem.

Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
