The apartment is ideal for families with children who are looking for comfortable amenities, peace and quiet, and great accessibility to all the interesting places in the area. The unique, newly renovated duplex apartment is part of the Chata Pod Desenským vrchem cottage, located in a semi-secluded area near the forest. The surrounding nature and privacy will provide you with an ideal environment for rest and relaxation, as well as sports experiences. Directly from the cottage you can go on a bike trip, a hike, in winter you can go cross-country skiing or go skiing. Within the large garden, there is a seating area with a grill and a fireplace. There is also a children's playground. Come and experience the unique atmosphere of our cottage and the surrounding nature.

The cottage is located in Jindrichov, in the charming area of the Jizera Mountains, surrounded by forests on either side. Opposite is a natural swimming pool and a beautiful walk to the Bramberk lookout tower. The first mention of the building is from 1824, but maybe it costs even longer. We stayed here for unforgettable childhood, searched for glass treasures, forage for blueberries, mushrooms, forage for skewers, and build reservoirs in the stream. We have now renovated the cottage and would like to share with you the beautiful atmosphere of the place.

Roubenka Wintrovka

Roubenka Wintrovka is a cottage from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, which has undergone a demanding overall reconstruction in recent years. It is ideal for groups of up to 12 guests. Inside you will find a stylish interior with an impressive atmosphere and modern features to ensure maximum comfort. The three four-bed bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses. A fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and dishwasher is ready for any culinary adventure. There are two bathrooms with a shower.
