Fantastic, beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurant at the bottom of the road and mall 10 Minutes away. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Just note the pool isn’t heated in winter

A great apartment. Very spacious and with everything you need. It was bigger than we had expected and so comfortable. We were over for a wedding and the rest of our party were staying in the Marriott across the road. We used their restaurants and pool bar. It cost about €15 for a taxi into Denia where there is loads to do. The apartment is in lovely peaceful surroundings, with beautiful pool.

Amazing stay at the villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it had everything that we needed! Beautiful villa and surroundings - very private and serene! The pool was amazing! Host was very responsive and flexible with check in/check out. Only slight downside is the bedroom/bathroom situation. There is no main bathroom, one bedroom has an en suite and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom (you have to walk through one bedroom and the shared bathroom to get to the other bedroom) - this was fine for us (a family) but would be difficult if there were three couples sharing. Other than this, it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely return and stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Gerard's place is really very nice. Very clean, very tidy and very well maintained. Gerard is very friendly and accommodating. He leaves nothing to be desired and is happy to accept feedback on how he can make the accommodation even more beautiful and cozy. The view from the rooftop is great. The small apartment has everything you need and if something is missing, Gerard will take care of it quickly and gladly. It was really a very pleasant contact with him.
