The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

The value for money is very good. The very nearby snack bar is also worth mentioning. Very cheap, great taste and friendly. We give it an unconditional recommendation!

Absolutely loved our stay at Sinan’s place in Magdeburg, it was the perfect stopover between cities. The unique layout made it feel really special, and there was so much more space than we expected! We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
