Our 2BD/2BA welcoming home sleeps 5-7 people (3 or 4 adults + kids is optimal). The living room, dining nook & kitchen are an open floor plan, allowing for gatherings and making memories. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking equipment. On the front deck we have a gas BBQ, deck chairs and an outdoor table. Family friendly cabin walking distance to pool and restaurants. Close to lakes and skiing. Beautiful deck with forest and pool views- make sure to open curtains while indoors to enjoy the trees! Enjoy mornings, or sunsets, or anytime of day from the amazing deck with table and bar style seating. Cozy up next to the wood burning stove and make s’mores! We love this cabin and hope you will also. Driveway has a slight grade and provides easy access even with presence of snow. (See photos)

The place was absolutely cozy, and the view so pretty. The deer were awesome to see. Plenty of board games to play. The host were so helpful and communicative. When we accidentally left something behind, the host were so helpful to help us to get our lost item back the next day.

Absolutely what we were looking for. Very quiet and peaceful location. Lots of interesting locations within 20 miles. Clean and cozy house. We were pleasantly surprised surprised at how attentive the owners are to the comfort and leisure of their guests. And the most important thing is cleanliness! Thank you so much for the opportunity to experience hospitality and attention to detail! We would very much like to come back for a few days in the summer.

Wonderful small cabin for a great relaxing getaway. Beautiful view of the forest out every window and it feels very private. Perfect for a puzzle and reading vacation. Julieta was great at answering questions and was really nice. We were hoping for snow but missed it by 20ish days. Based on the pictures it looks like snow would be beautiful at the cabin. We would recommend it :)

This was our 3rd year at the Thomas Retreat. Although we didn't get snow we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Not too far up Hwy 4 we found snow to let the kids play. Loved coming back to the cabin to warm up in the jacuzzi. Close enough in town to run to Big Trees market for anything we might have forgot. Love that the kitchen is nice and open to the living room and rest of the house. Also, appreciate the nice new couches. Beds were comfortable and linens super soft. Thank You Lynn.

The cabin was just as we saw in the pictures and very spacious. Our host was really responsive whenever we needed things. There was ample space for the kids to run around and play with the provided games and kids toys. The location was just away from the main road and quiet at night. We would definitely come back and visit again.

Courtney is very responsive to all of my questions. The place is clean and cozy. We stayed here because we were going to Kirkwood to ski. This place is very convenient, about 45 minutes from the resort. It happened to be heavily snowing that day, and Courtney was very helpful, directing me to traffic information.

Stayed here the 2nd time in 1 month and will come back next ski season as well. Great place to stay in a great location and close to the restaurants and grocery store, gas stations, etc. Clean and peaceful place. A tip - if you don’t want to sleep very hot at night then set the heaters to between 2 and 3 on the dial. That should keep the temps between 67 and 70 through the night.
