Monthly Rentals in Javalí Viejo

While visiting Murcia we decided to stay in the La Nora neighborhood which is just a few KM away. This spacious apartment was very clean and comfortable, unique and enjoyable. It is a unique apartment because it was previously a rooftop patio that was converted into a 3 bedroom home. The two bedrooms which are located on the other side of the open-air patio each had their own mini-split HVAC which made those rooms nicely warm on the cold night we were in town. There was free parking located just a few meters from the apartment. We were so happy to see a local 3 Kings parade that was passing the street next to ours. We appreciated the host communicating with us so wonderfully

The cottage is a little paradise!! We had a very nice stay. The area is very beautiful and we were able to explore the walking and cycling paths along and around the river. The cottage was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Alfonso was super responsive and communicative, and we enjoyed eating at some of the places that he recommended. All in all, a fabulous little break away, in a very lovely place! :)

Spacious accommodation in a quiet environment. The explanations for accessing it were very clear. The garage under the apartment is impressive and convenient to leave your luggage in the car when you only spend one night. Many tea bags are available. The accommodation is very clean, well heated, it lacks a little brightness on the ground floor which must be an advantage in summer when it is very hot. Jose Luis is very responsive and accepted our request to book last minute. Thank you.
