Villa vacation rentals in Jasenice

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

The villa was perfect, just like the photos! The house was clean and well-equipped, and the communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

We had 8 people in the villa for a week and everything went perfect. I was a bit worried about the noise from overflying airplanes but it wasn´t bad at all. The villa was very calm and near shops and the beach. Bikes and scooters were a very nice addition and we used them daily. Djana was a great host and answered all my questions fast. I would strongly recommend this villa for a vacation.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We just had the pleasure to visit this great house. The pool was refreshing and clean, the rooms where astonishing and we had a view directly to the ocean. The owners where very nice and helpful and the neighborhood is quiet.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

Very nice place, everything as shown in the pictures. Kristian is a very nice and easy host. Everything very hospitable, cakes and drinks right there which is very nice. The pool was used by us every day. With a group of friends, a great place to stay. The only negative point is the federal highway directly below the property. So it's pretty noisy. Nevertheless, all in all, great place to stay.

Stayed for a week with 2 families. Great modern villa, looks exactly like the pictures. Host was responsive and proactive. Highly recommend.

We stayed here with extended family and had a fabulous time. Every room had an en-suite which meant no queuing for the bathroom! Although it was early in the season, we made great use of all of the facilities including the pool. It is an easy ride from the airport and equally close to Split. The views are wonderful and we enjoyed a lovely walk down to the historic harbour at Kaštel Kambelovac which appeared in Game of Thrones. We wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending this villa - it was brilliant

Dear Valentina and family, We were very happy about our first visit to your fantastic vacation home. Weather-wise we had no luck for 3 days, but we were still able to use the hot tub well outside even in strong winds. The house is perfect for 5-6 people. The beds are super comfortable and with the two bathrooms and a guest toilet I give the full score. We've had some nice vacation homes in Croatia and Tuscany, but Valentina's family's house has really set the bar. It's 30 meters to the beach. You can walk the path to the bridge to Vir at low tide with the dog. A lot is being rebuilt here right now. The house is very quiet and we felt super comfortable. Valentina was always there to help with any questions. So, we now have a new benchmark for family vacations with a dog. Really everything was great! We're looking forward to the second visit. We had a lovely stay with six adults and three children. Lot's of space, had everything we needed. Outside fireplace area was perfect for cooking and dining. Heated pool was a hit for the kids and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Mirta and Vinko were great hosts, very responsive and helpful! The taxi servive was perfect for getting around every day.

Had a wonderful few days here. Iris and her dad were super to our family. The apartment was quiet and peaceful and ideal to discover the area. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Will certainly look to come back and would recommend to other visitors. Thank you.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

Milivoj's home was perfect for our family of 11. We were able to be together but maintain our separate spaces. The apartments are beautifully appointed and have great air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor spaces, including the gorgeous cooking area. Milivoj went above and beyond to make ouour stay enjoyable! He even brought over toys for the children. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and even helped us plot out stops along our way to our next destination, which was so helpful! I highly recommend this amazing home and host!
