The apartment was just like in the pictures – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The absolute highlight: the balcony with direct sea view – simply fantastic! The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. We can only recommend the apartment!

We had a warm welcome and brilliant communication during our stay. We were helped directly when we had a concern :-) The location of the house is in the beautiful nature of Vranas and you can escape the hustle and bustle. The private pool helps. You also have an outdoor grill to round off the beautiful evenings. Furthermore, a new, additional bathroom is available, which is not yet visible in the pictures! However, a car is strongly recommended to reach supermarkets, beaches, etc. All in all, it was a great stay and we would come back :-)

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

there were wonderful days in the accommodation, the heated pool was not only a hit for the kids :-) Everything was very clean, sufficient towels, kitchen equipped with everything you need and more... The owner lives on the property and was always available. We have never been treated so kindly and courteously. Whether it was the welcome meal, the pancakes in between, the eggs and potatoes from the garden, the barbecue evening, the cherries, the red wine supply or the breakfast. Everything incredibly warm and friendly. The house itself is in a quiet area, but you can reach the beach within 5-8 minutes by car. We used the time a lot for hiking and that was also possible without any problems. It took about 20 minutes by car to get to the old town of Zadar. Thank you for the wonderful vacation, we will be happy to come back. :-)

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we felt immediately comfortable. I highly recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a vacation in a heartbeat.

Ardans place by the river was very pretty with a great location by the river. Perfect outdoor area for hanging out and making a barbecue. The indoors is also very spacious and had everything we needed. Theres no stores in a walkable distance, but everything neccessary was nearby with a car. The wider area is filled with amazings sites and places to visit with a car, and Ardans home was perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The overall experience was cozy and amazing. Would recommend! P.S. We didnt have kids, but for any parents with small kids planning a trip, there were lots of toys and a spacious yard :D

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful flowery house! In the quiet you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has great tips for discovering the region.

Davor is very friendly host. We had no problem to find apartment and do the check in and check out. Great location with everything at hand and in walkable distance. Sea view from balcony is perfect. Apartment has everything you need also for a longer stay. Kitchen is very well equipped.

The location is great, with great views of the harbor and the old town, from all 3 windows, as well as from the long balcony. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. In 5 minutes you are on foot in the old town and in grocery stores.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties and I would have to say this has been one of my favourites. there’s no question that are welcome by Baldo was amazing. He was helpful friendly fun and full of helpful tips. He remained in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and having fun in Split. The apartment itself was right in the middle of the action so we felt close to everything. It was beautifully presented, well equipped, and comfortable with everything imaginable available to us I would love to return one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this property as one of the best in Split.

My daughter & I loved this apartment. It felt very homely, it was extremely well equipped even down to having the little things like pepper, oil etc. Things you would normally have to buy when you are self catering. The apartment was very clean, towels & bed linen smelt lovely & fresh. Beach towels were also provided which is a big bonus. We had read the reviews about how comfy the bed was, so we were dying to try it & it didn't disappoint. Petra the host was great for communicating, she made sure we had checked in ok & gave clear instructions & in the apartment is an information book of the surrounding areas, tours, best places to eat etc. She was also extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. We actually can't fault with anything in the 4 days we spent there!

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is right on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it's not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The furnishings are great, the existing SUP is a big plus and also allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

There were three of us with our daughter in the villa. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels, etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. Communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

A big thank you to our hosts: available including to welcome us at 1:30 a.m. due to a plane delay, all with a delicious platter of cold cuts very welcome. Responsive hosts to answer any questions we had and very accommodating. Accommodation in perfect condition with very good services: as good as or better than the photos. All amenities are in abundance. No neighbors or opposite neighbors: ideal for the FKK pool... Ideal location for all visits with lots of things to do and see within an hour's drive. Don't go to the national parks (Krka and Plivitce), it's a tourist trap: €40/person to hike on a landscaped path) that you can't leave, no swimming and crowds...If you want to see beautiful gorges and swim for free in beautiful pools and waterfalls go to Omis Cetina river on the other side of Split An excellent stay for us at the villa storia

If you want a peaceful place to unwind after exploring Split, this is the home to book!! It is in the mountains 20-30 mins away from Split with lots of rooms for two families. Kids have plenty of room to run around. Our children enjoyed the backyard to the fullest. Water was hot, kitchen stocked to cook, privacy provided and beautiful natural surroundings!
