Vacation rentals with a pool in Jasenice

If you're not already convinced by the great pictures of this picturesque home then you will be pleasantly surprised by the amazing host Sabina. Super helpful with anything you ask her and even thinks ahead. You can book this accommodation without having to even think about possible regrets. Very quiet neighborhood - basically no neighbors - and sun on the place all day long. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and do not forget the amazing views of the nearby Velebit mountain range. If wanting to do activities outside the villa, a car is quite essential, as the nearby village/supermarket is a 45 minute walk. As I mentioned, you can book this place free of any regrets as confirmed by the many other (or only) 5 star reviews.

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

We, a family of seven, were in this beautiful house for ten days. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and felt very comfortable right away. The two apartments we rented are very modern, chic and in an extremely good condition. The amenities are very good and hospitable. We didn't miss anything. What irritated us a bit at first was that the two apartments have no connection to each other. We didn't have that on our radar, but we found a good solution for us. The location is great, you can quickly reach Split or Trogir and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes by car. There are also some good restaurants. The sea and a very good and cheap bakery are right outside the door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the heated pool. We absolutely recommend the place and would book again immediately.

we loved our stay! The owners live right next door and were very friendly! The house is in a quite and calm rural area, but not far (by car) from shops, restaurants etc... The location is also very good to do visits close by, but also in 10min distance from the highways if you want to go further distances! The kind owners have a very big garden and kindly shared some of their fresh vegetables.

Lovely place, we enjoyed the indulgence of the hot tub after a day visiting villages and the national park. The luxury of sitting in the hot water in the evening overlooking the beautiful views. Our stay was peaceful and relaxed, our accommodation had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Pero is the best host i have ever had on airbnb. He responded quickly and friendly, when we arived there where drinks in the fridge we could take. When we were swimming he asked if we wanted pizza and we even got a case of beers from him. The apartment was also everything we expected it to be, the pool was nice and the apartment was big and very clean. The distance to the restaurants in the village are walkable, if you want to go to split you have to drive around 15 minutes. All and all i had a great stay here!

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Tomislav's. We used the sofa bed, which we could have indicated in advance. We also enjoyed the terrace outside. You will be on the beach from here in no time, where when we were there, the sea was still fine for swimming. Swimming shoes or something at your feet is important. The bus is nice and close and if you buy your tickets in advance very cheap.

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !

My family and I had a great time here! We were 6 adults and two small kids. The play area was great for the kids and there was also a nice sitting area outside for the adults. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. It showed that the owners put much effort into making the house feel welcoming and cozy. The kitchen was big enough and we had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this vacation house for families with kids.

Absolutly amazing place. Exactly same as on photos. Private and cleaned house, covered parking inside garden, grill, swimming pool was cleaned every morning. Close to shops and also walking dostance to city center and beach. Owners were really sweet and kind. We loved this place and would definitly come back once again.

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

The accommodation at Snježana was simply perfect! It has modern furnishings and a wonderful pool. We felt completely at home. Snježana was always friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for the surrounding area. As a special highlight, the accommodation had a delicious olive oil from its own production waiting for us. We will definitely be back!

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food.
