Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

Great host Karlo, very friendly. Great place, nearby Split. All stairs to reach 4th floor are worth to walk couple of times a day. Terrace is superb, perfect view. We were just lucky to have excellent weather despite the fact we were visiting the place at year end (winter time). Apartment is huge and easy to host 6 adults.

We had a great time. The apartment is super clean and the view is fantastic. The hosts are super friendly and on arrival there was still a little surprise that we were very happy about. Many thanks to Mate and Martina

Phenomenal host and outstanding place. Thank you Ivan. Very responsive and quickly responded helping guide us in late at night well after sunset. Had the lights on gates open and even made an extra effort to stop by when we arrived to make sure we had everything needed. As well as offering to open up his onsite restaurant/bar to cook a meal for the evening. We chose no evening meal but requested breakfast if possible and he made an amazing breakfast for us the next day. The location is off the main path near the river, extremely peaceful and quiet. What a great little spot. Thank you Ivan for everything.

Paula was super friendly! We were unaware of the bank holiday on our first day, she helped us out with breakfast items. Our kids accidentally pressed the wrong jacuzzi button. It was fixed almost immediately. Beds were made so nicely on our late arrival, looking very comfy. We stayed 4 days, the area was really nice! with the easy bus rides to trogir and split we could have easily stayed longer. The bakery, the beach and jacuzzi are a great start and end of the day after venturing out. We loved it! Highly recommend!

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

Lovely, cozy place, with everything you could wish for. Amazing terrace with soothing views to the incredible back yard. Very close to everything. Outstanding host! Lydija welcomed us like an old friend! Incredible lady with two sweet dogs! Highly recommended. 10/10!! :)

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It is 20 minutes from the center. Jelena was always available if we had questions or needs and we got a set of new towels in the middle of the week. I reccomend it.

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

Very nice seaview, very to close to center and beach

We stayed with a tour group of 8 people in the complex and had a very very nice stay there. We didn't miss anything. Overall very well maintained including outdoor area with pool. The location was also appealing, as we were able to reach everything important in minutes by car. However, here is the indication that a car is beneficial. Communication with the landlords also went smoothly. Conclusion: All in all very good!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Darko was a great host, left us to our own devices and was helpful when we needed anything. Even cleaned the pool area each morning for us. Villa was very nice, it was a bit out the way for us but we were a group of 7 lads that went out most nights. Would be perfect for a family or a group looking to relax.

It was super nice. Everything was impeccable. Nearby, there is a freely accessible beach that can be easily reached on foot. There is also a restaurant which is also nearby, which is great. The accommodation itself is clean and everything is well prepared in the apartment. So there were actually no questions. Jagoda is very friendly and open. She keeps asking if everything is okay. That makes her a good hostess in my eyes. Definitely worth a recommendation.
