Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Jasenice

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in Marijos Unterkunft! Mit 8 Personen hatten wir reichlich Platz, alles war blitzsauber und bestens ausgestattet. Marijo war ein perfekter Gastgeber – immer hilfsbereit und voller toller Tipps. Die Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderbar. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Marijo!

Wunderschön gelegene Hütte am Fluss, sehr idyllisch Natur. In der Hütte ist alles zu finden was man benötigt, entspannen auf der Terrasse oder in den Una Nationalpark fahren ist hier wunderbar möglich. Der Grill ist gut zu bentzen und es gibt ein an Ufer liegendes Floß mit Tisch und Sitzbank. Adnan war immer für uns erreichbar und zuvorkommend, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben was man Unternehmen kann, z.B. bei schlechterem Wetter, oder welche Restaurants in der Nähe zu finden sind.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Ort . Fussläufig zum Meer zu gelangen . Die Wohnung ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts . Dort kann mann sie Seele baumeln lassen . Auch der Mate ist ein super freundlicher Vermieter . Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Würde ich jederzeit empfehlen

Borko est un hôte très accueillant, ainsi que sa sœur. Des personnes charmantes. Le logement est très bien situé, dispose d'une place de parking ce qui est rare dans sibenik. Le centre de la vieille ville est accessible à pieds. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et vous pouvez réserver chez Borko les yeux fermés

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

we loved our stay! The owners live right next door and were very friendly! The house is in a quite and calm rural area, but not far (by car) from shops, restaurants etc... The location is also very good to do visits close by, but also in 10min distance from the highways if you want to go further distances! The kind owners have a very big garden and kindly shared some of their fresh vegetables.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb von all dem Stadt Trubel am Rande eines Bergs. Kaffee stand schon beim Check-in bereit, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Man kann direkt los wandern und die schöne Aussicht und Natur genießen. Der Whirlpool und die Aussicht über Split war eines der größten Highlights. Split und die umliegenden Städte sind mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mirela lief einwandfrei wir haben einige sightseeing Tipps bekommen und auch sonst schnelle Antworten auf Fragen. Wir würden hier auf jedenfall wieder hin kommen, danke für die tolle Zeit und diesen wunderschönen Ort.

Logement calme, spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. C'est la maman d'Ivica qui nous a accueillis. La communication était difficile car elle ne parle que croate. Mais le problème a été résolu

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

the balcony and the view were amazing and you are able to watch the sunset up on the balcony whilst enjoying a drink. the location was perfect, right near the bridge to old town, less than a 5 minute walk. the room had everything we needed. Eminabis a fantastic host and communicated brilliantly and made our stay really easy. Thank you so much. We would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Es war sauber und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Unsere Abende haben wir in dem Whirlpool mit tollem Ausblick ausklingen lassen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage, wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Highly recommend Petra's place and her as a host. The apartment has everything one needs for a holiday stay (even some beach towels, detergent, soap), the kitchen is well equipped and the bed was the comfiest I ever had in an Airbnb. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance as is the seaside. Petra and her parents are lovely people 💕 and provided me with a warm welcome during a late check-in at night. Communication was always very easy and comes with lots of helpful tips for the stay. All in all great choice for a stay in Zadar.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay with six adults and three children. Lot's of space, had everything we needed. Outside fireplace area was perfect for cooking and dining. Heated pool was a hit for the kids and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Mirta and Vinko were great hosts, very responsive and helpful! The taxi servive was perfect for getting around every day.

Beautiful villa - host was amazing went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic communication was brilliant and lots of little extra touches that were not expected but very much appreciated ! Views spectacular felt sad to come home Croatia is a truly beautiful country

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Marija. Het is een erg mooie villa, rustig gelegen. Heel mooi uitzicht. We konden eerder inchecken, dat was erg fijn. We kregen nog goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. Al met al een hele fijne vakantie gehad!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Milivoj's home was perfect for our family of 11. We were able to be together but maintain our separate spaces. The apartments are beautifully appointed and have great air conditioning. We enjoyed the pool and the wonderful outdoor spaces, including the gorgeous cooking area. Milivoj went above and beyond to make ouour stay enjoyable! He even brought over toys for the children. He gave us fantastic local recommendations and even helped us plot out stops along our way to our next destination, which was so helpful! I highly recommend this amazing home and host!

Tutto fantastico, casa bellissima e pulitissima e non manca proprio nulla. Marija gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, cheesecake fatta in casa e vino di loro produzione! Consiglio vivamente! Grazie Marija!
