Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jasenice

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

We had a wonderful stay at Ante's beautiful, quiet vacation apartment. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly prepared, even for our 11-month-old son, which made us very happy. We were immediately comfortable. The outdoor area offers many opportunities for relaxation: table tennis, darts, badminton and even boomerangs. The large, covered terrace with barbecue invites you to linger. We especially liked the hammock between two trees, where we could relax wonderfully. The absolute highlight was of course the large pool. The apartment had everything you need. Ante is a great host: he responded quickly to questions and gave great tips for excursions and restaurants. As a welcome greeting, fresh cherries were ready, which were super delicious – a nice touch! We can fully recommend Ante and his vacation apartment. It was a completely successful stay, and we would come back anytime!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. It was special to stay at Nado's place. First of all, we were warmly greeted and could count on help at any time. The place is very convenient with access to many attractive places such as beaches, river, mountains and Pletwick Lakes. The place is very clean with access to a small pool and barbecue. Fresh fish, vegetables, or bread locally bought in Posedarje (fish open 7-11am) completes the stay. The grill fulfills its task. 9 minutes by car there is a large market called Plodine where you can buy everything. The only thing to note is when all the rooms are occupied, it gets a little crowded. On the other hand, the area offers many attractions and you can also walk to the coast (about 13 minutes) and enjoy sun and water baths. We also recommend visiting the charming town of Novigrad and the restaurant Konoba Mika or The Queen Novigrad. We also recommend Pisak Beach (17 minutes by car). The apartment offers everything if you have your own or rented car. Good luck.

Doris was an excellent host. This apartment is gorgeous and is an architectural masterpiece with a modern feel while preserving the historical presence. It is convientley located in the part of old town.

The property is located in the old town of Zadar. Everything is within walking distance (sea, beach, supermarket) The mattresses are very comfortable. The highlight from my point of view is the roof terrace with a view.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced! Marina is a great host who was extremely helpful and prompt. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Split. Location is walking distance to many restaurants and the pier. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment but the view is definitely worth it!! Can’t recommend Marina or this listing enough!

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

Everything was perfect, we had a very good stay.

The place was very nice, from the large roof terrace you have great views of the city and Mate and Martina were very friendly and helpful! The hot tub was already filled and preheated upon arrival, and there was also a welcome plate. So we felt completely comfortable.

This wonderful AirBnB can only be recommended - you don't want to leave the balcony - the view is so beautiful and the sounds of the sea organ are so soothing. Everything is great, from the amenities to the communication. Will come again any time!

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
