The location is also excellent.2 minutes to the sea!Thanks to the support of the hosts, it was so smooth, accurate, and reassuring that I have stayed many times! Shizuku It is located in a residential neighborhood, so you can rest quietly at night in a clean bed and refresh yourself. There are plenty of dishes and glasses, and there is also a washing machine and a range, so I was able to live without any inconvenience, and I also liked the fact that there was no TV. I felt that it was a luxury to be able to quietly play music and enjoy a nightcap, and that it was actually the time that modern people need.Thank you!

I found this place when I was looking for a place to have a BBQ while letting my friends, family, and children play safely. The playground equipment and grill are far apart, so they are in a blind spot, but we had a good time playing and eating. I'd love to stay again! Thank you.

It was a very pleasant stay for the whole family.Everything was really exactly as pictured.It was nice to have a lot of dogs and children running around.

This place was awesome and even though I was a solo traveller I used all the rooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to make simple meals (even proper knives) and the bathroom/ shower was spacious and clean. Ryoko was a terrific host. She was able to answer all my questions and was so helpful in every way. This was the best value place I think I have ever stayed in, across 3 countries. If you do not cope well with steep stairs (about 10, I think) then you won't like this place. My legs got a good workout using them. Great views from the top floor. Many thanks.

The atmosphere of the surroundings and the dormitory was very good.Also, there were plenty of facilities, including a BBQ grill, and we enjoyed ourselves until the time we left.In addition, the bath and toilet were solidly new and clean, despite the retro atmosphere of the accommodation.I would definitely use it again in the future.

I was worried about using Airbnb for the first time, but I had a reassuring stay with Yuki's prompt and kind support.In the corner with a table and hammock with a roof, I was able to relax comfortably while feeling the wind and being protected from the sun.(I brought a chair with a backrest) My dog was happily running around on the fluffy lawn, and it was large enough for me to play badminton with my child. The room was tidy and there were no particular inconveniences, but I thought it would be nice to have curtains on the window next to the kitchen at night.

Everything was fine. The location gave the opportunity to feel the vibe of the island. The house has everything you need to have a relaxed time and a lot of artistic details. The nearby beach is wonderful and with some luck you can see a stunning sunrise. Hide rented us a car what made our stay even more joyful.

Umi is a really special place. Everything you need, great beds, showers, kitchen etc. such a beautiful area, easy walk to beach, great roof to watch the stars and sunsets. I can’t recommend it enough. We want to be back now.

The room is tidy and clean, and there is a kitchen for the guests to cook their own meals.

The living room, water area, bedroom, dishes, and outdoor pool were all very clean and satisfying!! It was in a great location, a 2-minute walk from the sea.I'd like to use it again

Beautiful place! A luxury stay in rural Okinawa. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. Definitely best to have a car or preplanned taxi/Ubers to access the place as public transport isn't super reliable. Host was a great communicator and we adored the sweet gifts that appeared at our door. Would stay longer if we could!

Great location, great facilities, great vacation. This is much better than the Shigira suite.It is a completely private space with a large grounds, and the view is probably the best in Miyakojima. The host was kind and responsive, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

Sammy is a great host and his house is awesome! He picked us up at the airport brought us drinks and was so kind to offer to drive us places. We had a great stay swimming and using the hot tub while touring around Okinawa! Also enjoyed walking down to the beach! Would recommend and stay again!

It was a space that was exactly the definition of "luxurious and rich".From the moment you step into the entrance, you feel like you are in a movie scene.The staff was polite and friendly, and they handled everything smoothly from check-in. The room is spacious and the interior is elegantly designed.I felt the attention to detail in the furniture, lighting, and amenities, and enjoyed the extraordinary luxury atmosphere.The large windows offered a great view, and I was able to enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the morning and the starry sky at night. It was also nice to be able to enjoy cooking with local ingredients and have a relaxing time because it was fully equipped with a kitchen and BBQ grill.There were no complaints about the facilities, and it was fully equipped with WiFi, a washing machine, a bathtub, and more. It was off season this time, but we asked to use the pool.Thank you for your prompt response. The kids were happy too. I am really satisfied that I was able to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend a luxurious and quiet time.It was a wonderful stay, and I would love to visit again for a special occasion.

This place is one of the best holiday rentals I’ve stayed in, not only in Japan but possibly the world! Stunning design, very well appointed and with lots of little touches to make your stay more convenient and comfortable. If you want a luxurious peaceful private get away in a gorgeous location, away from the bustle of daily life, then this is the perfect spot.

Overall, it was a great space. It was clean and cozy, and the view from the kitchen was so nice that I was amazed every time in the cloudy weather. It was a space where 4 adults and 1 child and 5 people could stay very leisurely. What was unfortunate was that there was no water or basic cooking fees in the refrigerator.. I think it could be because of the difficulty of managing the seasonings, but I think I would have felt much more welcome if the water was in the refrigerator:)

It was in a great location. I enjoyed the sunset on the terrace. We had a very good time in the private space. I think the quietness will change depending on whether there are guests in the container house next door. The kitchen was also well equipped, and it was useful for cooking yourself with seasonings such as Shodoshima olives and salt. It was a short stay this time, but I would like to visit again.

Our stay at Minmi’s place was a highlight of our trip, for so many reasons. Her home is a designer’s dream, so cute and cosy and was immaculately presented. We so enjoyed waking up to beautiful coffee and enjoying the amazing view each day. Minmi went out of her way to make us feel welcome and offered incredible advice for local attractions and excursions. We felt at home in Minmi’s place and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Minmi!

Kenji and Saori’s was fabulous. My hubby & I came to Japan and definitely new we wanted to spend some time in a small town and this was amazing! Their warm hospitality was so inviting. As a couple, we appreciate great memories to look back on when we were together. Their home did that for us. To have them be your host, is an added bonus. Their food, fishing, hiking and views are stupendous. We hope to be back again in the future!
