The house is really beautiful - on a hillside overlooking the mountains, surrounded by trees. The walkers had a place to disappear for days, but a lot of us were just hanging out with a cup of coffee, admiring the views. You can completely forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is fantastic for groups - it has space to park several cars in the summer, it is spacious inside, with many separate common spaces. There's a place to hang out, but there's a place for smaller groups. For board lovers, RPG games, or just shared meals, there are plenty of tables and chairs ;) The house has everything you need to spend many days there - dishes, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. There is also a sauna and an outdoor heated bale. In addition, the house has an amazing atmosphere - beautiful old fixtures, wooden floor, sheep under the window... We spent an entire breakfast discussing the chairs in the upper dining room :D I recommend wholeheartedly <3

We had a nice and cosy time around christmas. The house is perfectly equipped and we fehlt very comfortable. There is a lot of space, wonderful with children. My nephew enjoyed to play with all the toys provided. We had some nice trips to the mountains and enjoyed our holidays - thank you very much!

Beautiful place in nature, tree house was very cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend for a family with children, we also had a dog. I can imagine being there by myself and taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I felt so good there. It's great that the kitchen and bathroom even if it's next to the cottage is private and belongs to you. We also enjoyed the sauna and hot bath outdoors. The property is right next to the forest and meadow and we had a lovely walk all the way to Germany. There was great communication with Zuzana and with the lady who was right there. Thank you so much for the types of restaurants and delicious food in the area, we will be sure to come. I'm excited and give maximum points for the overall experience and beautiful place. Thank you. Good place for 8 people

We had a very nice time in a very nice, spacious, clean and fully equipped apartment. Communication with Andrzej was excellent. Small downside: accommodation itself does not have a spa, it is in the hotel next door and must be paid, gym was not possible because only for hotel guests

We had a wonderful time in Petr's apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed and thus well above average. Due to the remote location, it was very quiet and only minutes away from the cross-country ski trails. Petr was very friendly and quick to communicate. He gave us great tips. I would particularly like to highlight the Bouda Helena, where we really ate excellently.

We were looking for an apartment last minute to take advantage of the short breaks after the session, there were few places, and in the middle of them this apartment, the place turned out to be great, perfect for a couple or two couples (a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchenette), a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, an atmospheric and efficient fireplace, and perfect after a full day's hot tub. Everything is as described. Close to the apartment there are ski bus stops and the parking lot is right next door (it's a good idea to bring chains on wheels). Out of the drawbacks, there are no shops in the area.. even by the ski resorts there was maybe one supermarket, so it's a good idea to bring your food. In general, a place worth recommending cozy and clean, and a hot tub is such a small gem for guests, adding a little luxury to this apartment.

What a wonderful place and rare accommodation. Very quiet location in beautiful surroundings. We were able to enjoy a week and would prefer to stay another week longer. We were with 2 families with children aged 13, 14 and 15. Children had a great time: making campfire, chopping wood, exploring nature and abandoned houses viewed. Exciting adventures polite. Trip to Prague done- it's 2 hours away from the house. Every day it is possible to order warm fresh bread. Wonderful. Sauna is great too. Every morning I enjoyed my coffee and the book on the beautiful veranda where birds visit. Curious blackbird regularly knocked on the disaster. We will definitely not forget this week.

We booked the house with the big family over Easter and it was a perfect time! The large table in the living area offers space for everyone, the oven had heated the floor warm after a short time. Wood is included and abundantly available. The table tennis table was permanently occupied, outside you can also sit comfortably in a large group. The property is fenced, good for dog owners! Everyone felt immediately comfortable, no frills in the house but instead lots of charm and character.

We stayed over new years with a big group including kids. All rooms had their own bathrooms and downstairs is a big kitchen and living room area. The kitchen had really everything you need to cook. We even had a Christmas tree in the living room. Tomasz and his wife are very friendly and didn’t complain that we were laughing a lot also at night. It was a very pleasant stay!

The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples, very well equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. The sauna (optional) was lovely. Despite the language barrier, everything was perfect and our stay was more than pleasant.

Really nice house. We felt like we were at home. We had 4 kids all together and the house was perfect for everyone to have space. Everything is perfectly designed for the ski, walking holiday. The ski in Pec was really amazing. Kids instructors were really taking their time to teach the kids. Definitely will book this house again.

Great place to stay, clean, cozy and well equipped. Great location, quiet, yet close to everything important. The host was very responsive and communication without any problems. We'd love to come back!

I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

Thank you so much for staying with Antoni again! We really love coming back to this home – it has an amazing vibe, with a fireplace that gives it a warm and homely feel. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher, clean linens, towels, everything you need to feel at home. Plus a great BBQ shed! Sboboba nad Upa has very good bus connections that will easily take you to wonderful trails. There is also a bar, shop, and restaurant nearby. Contacting Anton is always very kind and helpful. Thank you very much and we will be back!

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a cute little apartment off to the side of town. There' a great walking trail just a little up hill. Petr's dog is ridiculously friendly, just wants to lean on you and be pet. :) If you have mobility issues, ask about the stairs - they're pretty steep, feels more like a ladder. Makes for a very cute bedroom feel, though!

We enjoyed all the space, the pool, the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings with our whole family! Communication with Jellie went smoothly, always quick feedback to our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool and when it got windy after a few days, the hood made sure it didn't get too cold. Totally super!

We had a great time at Familiehus Fuchs. 3 adults and 6 children had a lot of fun and space to relax. We will be back.

An absolutely gorgeous place and ideal for families with kids. The property can accommodate up to 8. Has lots of play area for kids. Petr and his parents were very friendly and always available to help and provide guidance. The ground floor dining area is where we spent most of the time when we were at the property and the fireplace was ideal and kept us warm. The property has a lot of personality to it and we very strongly recommend this for anyone who is visiting east of Czech.

The house is wonderfully quiet and very comfortably equipped. Five of us spent a very cozy week there, cooked, chilled and tried the available excursion tips. The house was very clean. Access through the neighbors worked out very well. Communication with Kathrin was very nice and above all immediately. We can recommend the area and especially the house without hesitation.

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Communication with Jaroslav was always very good, he answered all the questions we had. The appartment itself was very clean and had all we needed. The kids loved the pool and the spacious garden. We will remember our week over there as a perfect holiday with the sweetest hosts.

A great place to stay with plenty of room even at maximum occupancy. Sitting by the roofed grill, bike storage, parking under the shelter. It's also suitable for families with children. We had a place to stay as a base for bike tours and it met our expectations.
