Beachfront vacation rentals in Jaco

We had the loveliest time at this beachfront house. The pool is gorgeous - not too warm or cold. It was so refreshing to relax in the pool and stare at the waves. The house is in the best part of Esterillos, right in front of the “mermaid” and the tide pools. The house is well designed and makes use of all the spaces. It was clean and well equipped. You can also walk to the nearby store and there are a few good restaurants just a block or two away walking along the beach. It was an amazing place to share with family, we will be back!

We enjoyed a very lovely stay! The condo is open and bright, with impeccable furnishings and everything you could possibly need for your time in Jaco. We were actually greeted by the host and she had fresh fruit for us and even a delicious chocolate cake! Wow! What a special surprise! In addition, we were provided with delicious ground coffee, which went very well with the chocolate cake and made for energetic and happy mornings before we set off on our various journeys. The swimming pool is very large and unique, a great way to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. We definitely recommend the condo to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Jaco.

My brothers and I went, along with my parents to celebrate their 80th birthday, the place made the difference, my parents felt very relaxed, we spent a few spectacular days and the attention of Don Alberto made the difference. The place was spotless, we had a spectacular time. 100% recommended

An excellent place to stay at Jaco Beach. The condo was updated and clean when arrived . Victoria communicated well on the process of checking-in and gave a wealth of information on what to do. I love the view from the rooftop that shows a bird eyes view of the coast. I highly recommend this place.

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

This place was even better than the photos. Very central to everything in Jaco and while there is good coffee and food all over town there is a great coffee shop right on the ground level. The unit has everything you need if you want to eat every meal at home. Parking is super easy and the security staff are always kind and helpful. The pool is great and the beach is right almost on property. Could not have been happier. The responsiveness of Stan and Philip is immediate and they are available to chat if you have questions. 6 out of 5 stars.

Jose’s condo was an amazing find. We stayed there with some family, and it was perfect for us to have our own bedrooms but also have a nice shared space to all spend time together. My parents stayed at a similar condo close by but ended up spending most of their time with us at Jose’s condo as it was a nicer place to hang out together. Jose was always responsive, came immediately to help us with any questions or to show us how to use appliances, and was so accommodating. Perfect place to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, or just to relax.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Thomas was very communicative right from beginning. From local recommendations very detailed instructions. The balcony had great ocean views and mountains views. And place is off the main strip so no disturbance from noise. And the bed was so comfortable.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

loved our stay! Hoping to come back

We loved our stay at this private little place close to the beach. It's a bit overgrown, which adds to the charm in my opinion, though the walkway to the pool could perhaps be easier to get through with some trimming. It was beautiful and clean, and if it hadn't been for an abundance of mosquitoes swarming the porch, it would have been absolutely perfect, however that's obviously not the hosts fault. 🙂

The stay for 2 nights at Laura's house was great as I was looking for a quiet place of easy access and close to commercial establishments the place was the same as it looked in the photos and instructions very well explained in addition near the beach . So I recommend this place

This home was absolutely beautiful and the kitchen right to the pool is an amazing set up. Due to some water issues in the neighborhood, we didn’t have running water and Katie made sure to communicate options for us and that she was getting people to work on it immediately. Katie is a great host and very caring. Highly recommend. If you have a baby, you can order a pack n play on Amazon to have it delivered, just need to do it a couple weeks in advance.

What a perfectly designed house for a get away. It’s so clean and comfortable. This one is easy; look at the pictures it’s exactly what you see. Ana was perfect / arranged the golf cart and other adventures like the ATV tours. Pool was a favorite part- what a great place to chill!

Needed a place to stay with a short notice and thankfully this place I stayed in before was available. And with no problem I could show up and just enter. Super easy checkin and access. Thank you so much David!

Great location, responsive host

We had a great time in this little paradise! The accommodation is just beautiful and peaceful, a short walk to the beach! The terrace is lovely, the beds are very comfortable and the place is tastefully decorated! Thanks to our host and the housekeeper for their kindness and availability! We recommend +++ this absolutely unique place! The best place we've stayed in Costa Rica.
