Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

Leny was always responsive to any questions that we had. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone to stay there. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was always clean and warm. No complaints at all.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Everything was has described. my contact, Marlon, was responsive in a quick manner. If I needed something they would provide promptly. Well situated. I really liked my stay and will probably book again next year.

Beautiful neighborhood, very safe and quiet, close to the beach and downtown area. It had all the elements you need. Excellent amenities.

The place is really nice! I loved how easy the access was, the house was spotless and we loved the different spaces. I went with my family and I liked that they had some things to play with, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and they always answered my questions. Excellent host, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed Jeff's place from the start. It was very nice and a great place to relax by the pool. When it was time to go fishing, it could not be more convenient. I hope to comeback next year. Thank you Jeff, you're a great host.

It was a stop on our way back to the airport and it was perfect. The self check-in is easy and the place is clean and really safe. Good A.C and a nice pool. Close to the Main Street and many good restaurants and little shops.

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

We had a lovely time at Bonita’s place. The place is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air conditioners are all working well. The condominium is well maintained. There is a beach at the end of the road, takes about 15 -20 mins to walk there.

Having been to Los Suenos on several occasions we can confirm that you will enjoy this condo. Great location and lots of restaurants to choose from. We shared a few meals at the condo and we had everything we needed in terms of kitchenware. The beds are super comfy and the open air space in living room and kitchen area are spacious and comfy. We highly recommend this condo for your next stay. Grocery store is only a km or so from condo so very convenient.

Well kept condo. Beautiful grounds. Great area, close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We had a great time and would love to come back to Mark's place in the future.

The place is small but beautifully cozy, every detail in the space was meticulously cared for. I want to thank Marilyn as well as Cindy, unfortunately there is only a maximum of 5 stars but both deserve much more than that, the excellent service, always being attentive, the kindness make this place unique. Totally recommended, a place I'll return to whenever I get the chance.

Location was perfect for both me and my mom . Walkable to restaurants , 5 min from the beach . It’s private . I enjoyed outdoor sitting area with all the birds around . AIRCONDITIONER in every room is a plus of course . All the amenities , towels , bikes , chairs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Anik and Phil were very responsive to our questions and requests, the condo was in a great location, walking distance to beach, great restaurants and lots of shops but set back enough from the town for a quiet environment, set in beautiful surroundings, very pretty gardens that were very well maintained daily by the condo gardeners. Pool was also clean and a good size too, never felt crowded, lots of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. It was great to be able to BBQ on the premises. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that there was plenty of room in the condo even when our son and his wife came to visit for a week with the two grandchildren, we never felt crowded. There is lots of storage space in the condo and very well equipped with all necessities, lots of coat hangers, wall hooks, towels, tons of dishes, cutlery, kitchenware etc. washer and dryer a bonus as we were there for a long stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

All was perfect! All clean! It’s a Safety place Just I have a improvement the bathroom have a big problem, please check this problem before rent the apartment is very complicated avoid use the toilet :( The toilet doesnt works!!!

I had a lovely stay at Anyas place! Great location, very clean. Anya was responsive and very accommodating. I had all the essentials and tools I needed for a comfortable stay. Super comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place if you want to be close to the action yet a quiet place.
