Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Italy

The apartment has an unbelievable view. The view out the front door will take your breath away. It's beautiful. The entire town is walkable and worth exploring. The train and ferry stations are also walking distance from the apartment, and we ended up using both for day trips to other lake cities. This is truly a magical location. We will forever remember having our morning coffee or pre-dinner wine on the lake, a mere 10 feet from our front door. Francesca and her mother were amazing, responsive, and helpful in every way. They left us a bottle of their family's wine as a welcome present. On our departure day, it was pouring rain, and they offered to drive us to the train station. So unexpected and kind. I would highly recommend this apartment and location. We'll visit again.

We had a fabulous stay at Carolina's flat. She was a tremendous communicator and provided recommendations on things to do and where to eat. The location is central and easily accessible to the Metro and major train stations, making it convenient for traveling up and down the coast. The rooftop provides the best views of Genoa!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Anna's apartment! We adored Argegno - a lovely historic town that was much quieter than surrounding towns. Anna's apartment was spacious and the terrace and views were breathtaking. Anna was a wonderful host who was very quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Un lieu où l'Histoire et la modernité se rencontrent. Il est rare de séjourner dans un immeuble témoin du passage de notre civilisation. L'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter la ville à pied. Francesco est adorable. Florence est merveilleuse. Bon séjour aux futurs occupants.

Beautiful clean place with comfortable beds. They had a nice kitchen and great views from the balcony. Perfect location for walking around.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Thank you Sabrina for a wonderful stay! Sabrina and her daughter are very kind people who made us feel right at home. This apartment was once their home and you can feel that when you arrive - it’s not just another apartment, it’s a home. It was perfect for our family of five. It’s in a very safe area and very close to any dining, shopping, drinking, or boating you want to do. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it to anyone!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het appartement van Andrea. Alles zag er schoon en mooi uit. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote supermarkt in de buurt maar ook allerlei kleinere winkeltjes. Vanaf appartement is het beloopbaar naar het centrum, maar met de bus is het nog prettiger, zeker als je al veel hebt gelopen in het centrum. Andrea is een fantastische host. Hij heet je welkom bij het appartement, leidt je even rond. Daarbij laat hij zien hoe het één en ander werkt. Tevens krijg je tips voor fijne eetgelegenheden. Ook wees hij ons op de feestdag van de heilige Johannes en wat er op die dag allemaal te doen was in het centrum. Andrea is heel benaderbaar en reageert snel op eventuele vragen die je hebt. We bevelen Andrea’s appartement van harte aan en komen graag terug als we Florence nog is zouden bezoeken.

The property was exactly as described. The front room faces the street and was loud with street noise but that diminished greatly. The bedroom was ultra quiet. Great location for walking the city. Lucia is an awesome host and helped make it easy for us. Highly recommend.

This is a unique and beautiful place to stay to explore to Genoa. The appartment was pristine of high quality. The "Palace" is absolutely gorgeous and even nicer than the photographs. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace also. To complete the stay...the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay and give many recommendations for local restaurants and experiences. Highly Recommended!!!

This has to be the best and cleanest place that I've stayed at. Very grateful for the host being communicative and flexible with our accommodation. Highly recommend.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Mimi y Fabio son anfitriones excelentes, nos hemos sentido como en casa, siempre están disponible y nos han ayudado a guardar las maletas después del checkout, te dan mucha información de restaurantes y sitios que visitar. El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario, estamuy limpio y hemos dormido genial. Además hay aire acondicionado y tiene una ducha amplia, además ofrecen café y té. Si volvemos desde luego repetimos, está cerca del metro que conecta con todos los monumentos y el centro. Verdaderamente recomendado.

Amazing place with a pool and hot tub right on the beach! Perfect location (must have a car) to drive to Cefalu for a day trip. I could have stayed here for longer. There was a grill we used to make dinner. House was in great condition just as pictured. Highly recommend.

Luigi’s place was wonderful. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen that included bottled water, yogurts, cookies, and many other goodies to enjoy. The location is great. Very close to the center of the action but far enough to be super peaceful. Note, there are steep stairs particularly to the second bedroom. We didn’t have any problem with it but it’s not for everyone. If we are back in Ostuni, I’d love to stay back at this home.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille en Toscane. La maison était parfaite, grande, bien équipée, climatisée avec une piscine et espaces extérieurs pour diner au frais. Patrizia est une superbe hote de bon conseil et discrète. Nous avons apprécié l authenticité de cette maison Toscane dont les murs ont 500 ans. Nous étions proches des belles villes toscanes. Je recommande cette belle maison pour une immersion typique en Toscane

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

Du skal ikke tøve med at booke denne bolig! Min søn og jeg synes det så smukt ud på fotos men vi var blæst bagover af den skønhed der mødte os da vi ankom! Smuk og frodig have, vidunderlige omgivelser og selve huset var helt unikt! En blanding af gammelt og nyt, der er virkelig en arkitekt som har haft sans for detaljer da de renoverede dette værelse! Stedet var autentisk og roligt. Maria var venlig og god til at kommunikere med os inden vi ankom. Jeg havde læst mange gode anmeldelser om hendes personlighed og var skuffet over at hun ikke skulle være der under vores ophold. Men da vi så ankom og mødte Vittorio som var der i stedet for Maria, var vi bare lykkelige for han var det mest hjælpsomme og søde menneske! Han gjorde ALT for at få os til at føle os tilpas og tilbød at handle for os og gik på apoteket da jeg fik en infektion. Hans imødekommenhed og charmende personlighed var fuldstændig formidabel! Fantastisk service og ren siciliansk gæstfrihed når det er bedst! ❤️ TAK !!🫶🏾

Recomendación total de cara a este alojamiento. Alessandro es un anfitrión muy amable y disponible tanto en la claridad de sus explicaciones cuanto en la flexibilidad para encontrar tus necesidades. Es claramente un punto de apoyo para hacer visitas y excursiones en la ciudad de Asti y alrededores. Seguramente volveremos.

Un tranquillo angolo di paradiso lontano dalla frenesia della città. Posto incantevole immerso nel verde. Per raggiungere la location seguendo il navigatore è meglio passare da Canelli e non da Cassinasco. La casa è in ottime condizioni e corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, la struttura è rustica, affascinante e molto accogliente, ottima soluzione per un gruppo di amici, ampi spazi interni ed esterni, area piscina, campo da calcio e un bellissimo spazio esterno per cenare all'aperto. I padroni di casa sono molto cordiali, facilmente raggiungibili e sempre pronti a dare consigli sulla zona, Elena poi è stata molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.
