Vacation rentals with breakfast in Italian Riviera

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Ein sehr schöner Ort, wo man viel Ruhe findet. Ein Auto ist unabdingbar, um zu Restaurants zu gelangen. Es darf einen nicht stören, dass die Kirchen Glocke morgens um 7 klingelt. Francesco Familie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist modern eingerichtet. Auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!

Sara was the best. The Apartment was perfect. We cooked 2 dinners there with fresh food from the small grocery store we walked to in the nearby Govone. We loved the views from the chairs in the yard. Bed was very comfortable. The Apartment was very spacious and had everything.

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Soggiorno fantastico, Agnese sempre disponibile e accoglienza come se fossimo a casa nostra, tutto il necessario era presente se non di più. Consiglio a tutti per chi vuole passare una giornata di puro relax lontano dai suoni della città.

Utsikten från terassen var magisk! Något enstaka mygg tittade fram efter solnedgången men var ej till besvär. Väl inomhus hade värdarna säkrat upp med myggnät för alla fönster och dörrar. AC både uppe och nere var en välkommen lyx. Köket har allt du behöver. Vår upplevelse införlivades fullt ut mot vad som beskrivits i text och bilder. Bra att få tillgång till parkeringen nedanför lägenheten men precis som i övriga Italien är det trågt, tidvis mycket trångt då parkeringsdiciplinen inte är den bästa. Det finns rymligare parkeringsalternativ längre upp (max 4 min promenad) från lägenheten som är att föredra. Kan absolut rekommendera lägenheten. Värdparet är mycket tillmötesgående och kom med bra tips om andra aktiviteter (då det fanns risk för tågstrejk en av dagagarna vi befann oss där).

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in der Wohnung. Wie beim letzten Mal haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne ein nächstes Mal wieder.

Anna has a lovely place located close to the central street & close enough to the train station. The patio has a beautiful view of the water & colourful houses. Great spot for a morning coffee or glass of wine at the end of the night. The place is spacious. Anna provides step by step photos to get you to her location which were very helpful. Highly recommend this spot & host if you are travelling to Cinque Terre!

Foi uma experiência muito, muito agradável. Nice e o apartamento de David se juntaram para fazer o que avaliamos ser a melhor combinação possível para termos dias tão agradáveis quanto foram esses. O apartamento superou nossas expectativas em todos os aspectos: localização privilegiada, decoração acolhedora e funcionalidade impecável. Cada detalhe foi pensado para proporcionar conforto e praticidade aos hóspedes. A limpeza estava impecável e todos os equipamentos funcionaram perfeitamente. A localização é simplesmente perfeita - próxima aos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes charmosos e com fácil acesso ao transporte público. Poder caminhar até a Promenade des Anglais e o centro histórico foi um diferencial enorme. David como anfitrião foi excepcional: comunicação clara e rápida, check-in tranquilo e sempre disponível para esclarecer dúvidas e dar dicas valiosas sobre a cidade. My wife and I had a wonderful time at Nicola and Greta’s. The apartment had everything we needed: it was well-equipped, clean, and close to bars, restaurants, and transportation (ferries, trains, etc.). They picked us up at La Spezia station, which was a very kind gesture, answered all our questions, and provided helpful recommendations for our stay.

Ruth is the best host with great communication, clear instructions and tips about the area and very proactive and responsive. The apartment is beautifully designed and decorated with local art. The apartment faces the sea and is not on the main side of town so the only sound we heard was the lapping of the waves on the rocks below. A quiet oasis in the midst of a bustling tourist destination. The town was quieter from 5:30pm until 10am so we took advantage of early morning hikes to beat the heat and crowds. The patio was perfect and made me not want to leave the apartment! Ruth provided everything one could need from a beach bag and yoga mat to an iron and some drinks and snacks upon arrival. Ruth has thought of everything to make her guests feel pampered and welcomed. Thank you for sharing Vernazza and this beautiful apartment with us. We can’t wait to return.

Marco’s place is the perfect for a La Spezia stay. It’s just a short and easy walk from the train station. The directions were clear and step-by-step instructions were beyond helpful. The apartment is very tidy and far more spacious than the pictures let up. We were a group of 4 adults and one child and were able to walk around freely without feeling crammed. The washer was also very useful. We couldn’t figure out if it was a washer/dryer combo, but there is ample space in the back to hang dry clothes. Marco had stocked some treats which were much appreciated, especially during rushed mornings to make excursions. We were a bit surprised by the bed situation. There are in fact two double beds, but one of them is in the living room (sofa bed) while the remaining bedroom has two twin beds. Overall it worked out and we would stay here again and recommend it as a place for friends and family visiting the area. It was our favorite place of our entire trip!

We had a wonderfully stay. We were met at the property on arrival. The apartment had a rustic charm to it and the furnishing had been carefully chosen to reflect this. All very tasteful and a joy to stay in. Breakfast items and water were left for our use. Very responsive and friendly hosts who offered lots of suggestions for restaurants and bars in the area. Lastly, the area is very quiet at night.

This place is quaint, authentic and makes you feel right at home. It was the most comfortable and I-feel-like-a-local-esque Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Federicas home made my trip to Europe actually sink in and feel real. She so kindly offers her actual home for people to stay in to truly enjoy their trip to Genoa. Marta, Federica’s cohost, was the host kind and welcoming and warm presence as she let us in and gave us the grand tour. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Wonderful location, authentic homey vibes, and wonderful people. 10/10

This is the best AirBnB experience of my life. The apartment and location are incredible, and Damiana (and her husband) were fantastic hosts. The apartment has been recently upgraded and everything was just perfect - unbelievable views of the town and ocean, super clean and comfortable bed, super clean and well-appointed bathroom, and lovely small kitchen (with what seems brand new washing machine and dishwasher, large fridge, oven, coffee maker and lots of little touches like bread for toasting, great dishes and cooking utensils, etc.). The veranda has nice furniture and a shade umbrella, and the whole place has roll-down blackout shutters then let us sleep in as late as we wished. Damiana arranged for parking in the village for us (no easy feat), and her husband walked to meet us and get us checked in. Damiana had great suggestions for eating places (even booking places on our behalf), and great idea ideas for hikes to do and things to see. You will not be disappointed!!

Senza dubbio uno degli Airbnb più piacevoli a in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato. Siamo tornati a casa oggi ma la nostra mente è ancora lì, con la tenera e amorevole accoglienza da parte di Monica, con quella casetta dai dettagli deliziosi, con il buonissimo cibo, con la piscina immersa in un paesaggio che ti porta in contatto con una dimensione che sembra lontanissima da casa, ma che in realtà non lo è. Un luogo meditativo che stimola a vivere la giornata con presenza e ritmi lenti. Crediamo proprio che sia stato un arrivederci e non vediamo l'ora di rivivere l'esperienza. Lo stiamo già caldamente consigliando a tanti nostri amici.

Die Unterkunft von Sara ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Vom Bahnhof, der nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist, sind wir bequem Richtung Cinque Terre gestartet. Eine tolle Basis für Ausflüge und zum Entspannen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Marco a été parfait du début à la fin. Il a su nous proposer de nombreux endroits dans le village et la maison était parfaite. La vue de la terrasse : incroyable. Tout était très propre et le petit déjeuner très bon.

We loved staying at this B&B. Felt at home and loved the beautiful flower pots at the back entrance that greeted us every day. Great breakfast of delicious Ligurian focaccia, cake, yogurt, and good coffee. The room was so spacious, luminous and equipped with everything: comfy bed, side lamps, small fridge, cutlery, dishes, teakettle, table with chairs both inside and on the balcony. The beach was perfect, with no waves. Like a giant sea water pool. Most of all, we loved Mirella and Paola's warmth, kindness, and knowledge of the area. We can't wait to return. Highly recommend. Wir waren fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft von Roberto und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer (Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad) waren sehr sauber und wurden sogar jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Villa hat einen wunderschönen Flair und liegt in einer ruhigen und idyllischen Gegend. Das süße Frühstück, welches in Form eines kleinen Buffets angeboten wurde, war sehr lecker. Es wurde jeden Tag Gebäck (welches variierte), Joghurt, Müsli, frisches Obst, Marmelade und Zopf aufgetischt und wir bekamen auch jeden Tag hausgemachten Kuchen, den uns Antonietta (die Frau von Roberto) serviert hat. Die Familie wohnt auch in der Unterkunft und war sehr nett und sympathisch und hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Sie gaben uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und ermöglichten uns, den im Ort liegenden Tennisplatz kostenlos nutzen zu können. Zusammengefasst haben wir uns bei Roberto und Antonietta sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten den Aufenthalt in der Villa von Mariella sehr genoßen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Schöne und moderne Möbeln, schönes und großes Badezimmer, Fliegengitter am Terrassentür. Eine große Terrasse mit einem grandiosen Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Das Frühstück wurde von Cristina fantastisch vorbereitet mit leckerem Rührei mit Bacon und vielen anderen Leckereien. Cristina ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, immer gutgelaunt. Sie hatte immer viele Vorschläge fur den bevorstehenden Tag. Das Auto kann direkt an der Unterkunft auf der Straße geparkt werden. Der Weg in die Stadt ist steil aber einfach zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter.

Beautiful stay in Corniglia!! When doing research you will see many people trying to steer you away from Corniglia, but it was our favorite place we stayed during our 2 week vacation to Italy. While there are daunting stairs there is also a shuttle bus that runs regularly throughout the day that can bring you up to the town. Cristiana is lovely. She recommended some great local spots and the focaccia at her bar is to die for! We hope to be back next time we are in the area. Corniglia and Cristian’s bnb is a little slice of heaven!
