Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed such as stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great space on a beautiful section of the beach. Central location with restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee within walking distance. Uber very easy to access here - only about 15 minutes from Old San Juan and less than 10 minutes to the airport.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

Juan’s place was really nice. Perfect location, very walkable and had lots of nice restaurants close by. The beach was only a few minutes walk which was really great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great home near lots of restaurants and beach. Checking in was super smooth and the hosts were great at communicating with us! The place is just as pictured.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Kathleen and Hector’s home was absolutely wonderful — spacious, clean, and in a great location. They were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future. Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

Great place to stay for a few days. Not to far from the heart of the city, minutes away from restaurants and attractions.

The place is in a perfect location. Lots to eat and beach is super close. Ubers to get around were not expensive either and the host is so easy to communicate with. It’s a really nice place for a quick getaway with a friend or partner.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.
