Ground floor (no stairs, no balcony) Water heater for warm showers. King bed in both rooms with tv's. Casino next door. 2 sofas(1 Full sofa) Short walk to the beach (6 min.). Very nice pool. Many restaurants/bars walking distance. 6 min. walk from Isla Verde beach. Laundry on site(coins). Market is 6 min walk. Beach chairs, towels, and rolling cooler provided.
