Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.

(*pool closed for updates Sept through Oct, 2026). Newly furnished 2 bed, 1 bath. Ground floor (no stairs, no balcony) Water heater for warm showers. King bed in both rooms with tv's. Casino next door. 2 sofas(1 Full sofa) Short walk to the beach (6 min.). Very nice pool. Many restaurants/bars walking distance. 6 min. walk from Isla Verde beach. Laundry on site(coins). Market is 6 min walk. Beach chairs, towels, and rolling cooler provided.
