Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.

Great Location for the family to relax. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, El San Juan Hotel, Intercontinental, Ritz Carlton, Embassy Suites and Hotel La Playa. Restaurants, shops, all amenities, etc. We are 5 minute from the International Airport, 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes away from Old San Juan. Amapola 14, 11th floor All Windows with Ocean View Beautiful!!!! One Private Parking Spot.
