Three good reasons to select our apartment: 1). Nice apartment, clean and safe condo, excellent location, close to the top hotels, casinos, restaurants, bar, stores and beach. 2). The apartment was completely remodeled. 3). Enjoy morning of beautiful sea view from the bedroom, lying in bed, or from the balcony. At night, sit on the balcony to admire the lighting of the city, San Juan Hotel, people walking in the area, or just take the elevator down to enjoy the social life of Isla Verde.

Excellent apartment in a spectacular area of Isla Verde Beach, located on the beach with direct access to it. The apartment has one bedroom suite with King Size bed, second bedroom with two Queen Size beds. There are two full bathroom. Toilette of reception. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. It has a breakfast bar. Super comfortable and spacious modern living room. Incredible view of the SEA, balcony with table and chairs.
