Many restaurants and fast food within 5 minutes walk (Denny's, Chili's, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Marcos Pizza) host supplies guidebook. Uber available in this area! CVS and Walgreens near.

Many hosts claim their view is the best but ours actually is, as the reviews will attest. This is a large studio on the top floor of a 12-story condo, located right on the sand, with a truly breathtaking view of the best beach in San Juan (rated #1 urban beach in the world by USA today), floor-to-ceiling windows, reserved parking, split AC unit, WiFi, and Roku TV, in a secure building with key-operated elevators. Blanco is our gorgeous and modern one bedroom condo fully decorated all white. Located in the heart of Isla Verde right by the beach. The apartment is very unique due to how it is decorated. You will feel in a very cozy & modern space. Wether you are here for pleasure or business Blanc will be the perfect place. You will enjoy the city views and partial view of the ocean while you relax in the spacious balcony. The beach is our backyard just steps away from the elevator.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the full Puerto Rican experience. Everything at walking distance, beach, great variety of restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Five minutes drive from the International Airport and 15 minutes from the historical Old San Juan. Easy access to the expressway so you can explore the rest of this wonderful island. Extras: 24 hours security, power plant in the building and battery back up for the apartment.

You’ll love the beach, mountains views. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, groups. 1 assigned indoor private parking. Note: the swimming pool area, restaurant, are closed among other services for renovations, I apologize for the inconvenience.
