The house has a water cistern but no it does not have an electric plant ... it is between 5 to 10 minutes from the main airport. Close to tourist areas as Playa Isla Verde, Condado, El Viejo San Juan and shopping centers, 25 minutes from El Yunke rain forest and Fajardo.🙏🏼🤙🏼🇵🇷

Our unit is a 1 Bed/1 Bath/1 spacious living room facing the patio, located in Isla Verde Atlantic View with back-up generator and cisterns. It's about 7-9 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, grocery, beaches, restaurants. It's a very accessible location. You will have the first floor of the building for yourself (entire place stay). The owner will be living into the house in front of the apartment, but it does have its own private entrance.

A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, meeting a calm blue ocean under a clear sky. People are scattered across the beach, some lounging on towels while others stroll along the water's edge. Beach umbrellas and palm trees are visible in the background.
