Lazaro was very sweet and accommodating. We had a very pleasant experience. He was very responsive and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay, the house is very comfortable and the beds deserve a special mention, my God how comfortable they were, and the sheets and towels were impeccable, I didn't miss my bed at any time and I always leave missing my bed, 🤣🤣 the environment is quiet and private, thanks to Elisa who was also very attentive, I will definitely stay with her again when I return to PR, a stay without waste!

Great stay for my parents and I. House was clean, comfortable and very easy to find. Carlos was also a great host, very kind! We stayed for short but wished we stayed longer!

It was only one night before my flight but the place was near the airport and very convenient, I did have a car! Perfect for what I needed!

Perfect place to stay for 2 persons. Place was easy to find with clear instructions from the host. Place was nice and cleaned, AC working, private parking. Mini fridge , microwave and Iron( something we always need in our vacation since clothes be wrinkled lol). Smelled good and just short minutes away from airport. I recommend this place without a doubt 10/10.

Good location with beach behind. Water pressure when showering is lacking, as well as hot water. PR is hot anyways, if u can tolerate those thing it's a good stay.

William was an amazing host and the place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Everything was neat and clean and as described. William was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to booking with him again.

Melody is a great host, the rooms where great. Great location and service for the price. Highly recommend Melody´s place. When I came back to PR for sure I would stay where Melody´s Place is.

Our stay at Carlas place was awesome! We had 4 people staying in the space, looked exactly as described and was roomy enough for us. ACs in all bedrooms and living room worked great. Beds were comfortable. We were in a great location, walkable to many nice restaurants and to ocean park beach, about a 10 min walk. Carlas provided beach towels, an umbrella and beach cooler. Carlas was always responsive and let us drop our bags off before check in which was nice. We appreciated her kindness as a host. We would definitely stay again when in San Juan!

I had a great time and Hector’s spot was perfect for me, affordable, clean, great location, and right where I wanted to be, not even a 3 minute walk to a world class beach. Great place.

Frogs and cats on a neighborhood street one over from a beach street with restaurants and coffee shops. beautiful place with everything you need to feel at home. beach chairs and towels, pans and silverware, even left over bug spray and seasoning. Great place! Close to the beach and many different restaurants. I loved the patio, great space to hang out. There was no AC in the living room/ kitchen area, luckily the days we were there it wasn’t too hot, plus we were out most of the day so it wasn’t such a big deal for us. Easy check-in and check-out. Diolanda was an amazing host, she was great at communicating with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was fine.

Karim is a super amazing host! He’s very responsive and worked hard to ensure a comfortable stay. It is a Great location, secure & safe, has a back up generator that works flawlessly! And is a cozy spot! I definitely highly recommend and will not hesitate to stay here again! Great experience!

The best stay in Puerto Rico was here! The water pressure was really the only minor inconvenience but other than that, I really enjoyed my stay! His home was nice and clean, private and close to everything! Probably the prettiest home on the block! The hot tub- fire! I highly recommend! Victor was a wonderfully responsive, respectful, and proactive host. He remotely helped us with the WiFi that went out a couple of times, but that was our only complaint. It was so lovely for me and my boyfriend to get a little taste of Puerto Rico living! This listing was a perfect place/size/availability of amenities for those wanting a comfortable and safe place to make home base for your trip.

Very nice host and accommodating. There was an island wide power outage while I was there and the host ran a generator through the night so I would have lights and a fan to keep cooler. It’s a great location if you want to be near natural landscapes, El Yunque or Luquillo Beach.

Lucy was an amazing host. Her home was beautiful and a short drive to local restaurants and beaches.

The view was worth a million bucks. This place is on my most favorite street in Puerto Rico! The sunrise is incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at Marci’s property! From start to finish, Marci was exceptional at keeping in constant communication with us, ensuring that everything met our expectations. The property itself was perfect for our needs and made us feel safe around the clock. (Especially with very late arrival and very early departure) We chose the two-apartment setup, which worked out beautifully. One apartment is connected to the main property (but seperate), while the other is completely separate, and both have their own entrances with a shared entrance to the property. This arrangement was ideal since my wife and I stayed in one unit, and my father-in-law stayed in the other. The location is excellent, peaceful and close enough to San Juan and other destinations around the island for convenient day trips. The property was recommended to us by family who live nearby in Guaynabo, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. We will definitely recommend to others! Thank you Marci!!
