Vacation rentals with lake access in Carolina

I can’t say enough about our stay and how incredible Noemi was as a host! Her property exceeded our expectations and was stunning. We will for sure be back. I would recommend Neomi’s place to everyone. The house was very clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly, the pool and property was so peaceful and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Noemi provided excellent recommendations for places to eat, places to shop, and fun things to do and see on the island. If I could rate Noemi’s property a 6, I totally would 😎 book it! You won’t regret it!

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

This place is a hidden gem for nature lovers! The house was perfect for us to be surrounded by nature. And Felipe was so friendly and welcoming. The drive to the house was an adventure with sloping hills that made the experience even better.

Great place to stay. Enough rooms for a family of 6, spacious and the area was really quiet. Has parking space inside the property which is a plus.

Spectacular backyard. Great gazebo, so peaceful and beautiful on the lake. Kids loved the pool. We saw many fishes in the lake. A great beach less than 2 miles away (punta salinas). Grocery store is less than 1.5 mile away and many restaurants as well. Rafi was a very responsive host. We had a great time!

Watching the sunrise and sunset from Roxana's stunning back deck is now a core memory—truly a breathtaking experience that lets you see Caguas in a whole new light. The home layout is both functional and full of character, making it effortless to settle in whether you're staying for a few days or longer. Between the natural light, powerful AC, Tesla Powerwalls for uninterrupted comfort, and Roxana’s responsiveness, everything was smooth and relaxing. If you're staying in Caguas, this jungle oasis will have you feeling grateful you chose it.

Great place to stay right next to the beach. Not too far from San Juan if you want to go into the city, but not too far from more private beaches if you go west. Perfect location to explore the island!

This house was a great break from San Juan! We enjoyed taking lots of pictures of endemic birds as there were quite a few lifers for us and even an iguana hanging out in the trees. Host was extremely responsive and stopped by to help us when we needed it. She even sent us pictures of the bathrooms ahead of time so we could determine what kind of mobility equipment to bring. Our kids loved playing in the pool. One end is deep but there were plenty of pool noodles and even a small life jacket. Lots of beach toys to build sand castles, snorkels and fins, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and there are AC units in each of the bedrooms. Please note that there isn't hot water but there are heating elements above each of the showers to help make the water warm. House is really breezy when you open all the windows and we loved the coquis at night. If we are ever in Puerto Rico, we will definitely consider staying here again! We loved our stay! Such a beautiful beach from the balcony or out the front door. The elevators were fast and quiet, which somehow stood out (I hate waiting for elevators!) Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. We'll be back!

Very friendly and responsive hosts. The place was nice, and well stocked with towels. The plunge pool is amazing! Recommend checking this place out.

Perfect location for everything and check in/out was so easy! Loved the apartment and the atmosphere, I really felt at home! My questions were answered pretty quickly and I would definitely recommend this stay for first timers in Puerto Rico, it was perfect!

Saul's place was perfect. The rooftop was AMAZING!! And everything was very close. Easy to walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as described. We had 6 people there and it was great. Saul was very communicative and helpful. I would not hesitate booking this place again.

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!
