Family-friendly vacation rentals in Isle Verde Beach

As soon as you open the door, you will be taken back by the breathtaking view in front of you, the studio is perfect. In every way, it has everything you need. The host is very nice and responsible, and even suggested several local places, you can walk around to bars and restaurants. You’re literally on the beach with your own private little section. But 10/10 we will be back.

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

everything great but the uber do not arrive and the taxis do not pass through the area unless I agree that they bring someone in a way that I think without being a bad criticism but constructive would be an aspect to improve

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Wonderful 2 night stay in Old San Juan. Location could not be better - excellent restaurants, shopping and historical sites all within easy walking distance. Host communication was excellent - very clear instructions for check in and check out and lots of local recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious, and we loved the outdoor spaces. The entry is a little quirky but Cyrus provided clear written directions and a video, so we had no problem finding or accessing the unit. Overall wonderful stay, would not hesitate to come back again.

Loved our stay at Tom’s place! The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants near by and it’s a great home base if you want to visit a wide range of places like San Juan and Fajardo. The home is up the mountain away from the main road which made it peaceful as well as beautiful. You can tell Tom takes pride in his villa and gave the extra care to make it feel homey and inviting. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and Tom was very responsive with any questions we had. This property is definitely a unique gem!

Very nice little cottage in the hills with great views all the way to the ocean. Has a great cabin feel and felt very safe and secluded.

This place was a nice getaway. The neighborhood was safe & it was easy to access the apartment. The airport is literally 6 mins away & it’s not a far drive to other attractions. The roosters in the neighborhood will wake you up around 4 a.m. so I suggest having a white noise throughout the night. Overall a nice, comfortable place to stay with very responsive hosts. Something that is helpful to know is that the hot water is actually turned on by turning the knob to the middle, not all the way to the left where the “H” is. I messaged the host and they were able to help with that. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom. Either the floor or the rug in the bathroom should be replaced possibly, but the apartment wasn’t bad at all. A nice place for the price you pay or for a short trip. Great hosts ! There were others in the apartments attached to the house, but no one was too loud.

Loved Gigi's place! A perfect little oasis in San Juan! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet, clean and cozy stay while being not far away from all the important things. Ocean Park beach is close by and possibly my favorite beach in San Juan. If you like vegan/veggie options three are handful of great clean-eating places like Superfoods, Berlingri that are like a 10-15 min walk away.

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

Yayra's place is a hidden gem! Although it does not have windows to the outside, it does have windows to the courtyard and an upstairs rooftop with a nice view! The apartment is bright inside and rooms 4 people very comfortably. It is very well stocked, organized, and extremely clean. I was so appreciative to have a clean shower and shower liner! The apartment is in the heart of Viejo San Juan with so much to do. Remember to dress comfortably! A lot of hills to walk up and down the streets. The building is beautiful and clean. Perfect stay for my birthday celebration!

Beautiful apartment with a nice interior design. Lovely patio with exotic plants, hammocks amd garden furniture. Solmari was very friendly, easy to communicate with and her local recommendations were great.

Excellent location. Cerca del aeropuerto y de básicamente todo. Easy check in instructions. Separate Parking right in front of the property. Place was clean and cozy.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed. The space is perfect and the distance from nice places is spot on. LOVED that is mega eco-friendly. Will stay next year for sure :)

We had a lovely stay at Lydia’s place! The condo was as described and our family enjoyed the space and location. We mostly enjoyed the pool and surrounding areas while we were in Loiza, and it was just what we needed for some r&r. Lydia was responsive and accommodating to a few minor issues we had- thank you so much Lydia for making our trip so special! For other travelers- we did not rent a car and used Uber to get to/from the resort and to the nearby grocery store. Took a little planning ahead but all in all was a great option for us and saved us a lot of $. I would recommend this rental! It was just what our family of six needed to relax and enjoy time together.

What a wonderful stay @ Loly’s place. I haven’t visited my home is over 39 years. Now married with children, it was our very first experience as a family traveling to Puerto Rico. Loly’s place made our first experience together a memorable one. The place is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was exactly what we needed with growing children that need their own space. The pool is literally steps away. The private access to the beach about a 3 minute walk. I felt like home staying @ Loly’s place. Luquillo beach , and El Yunque rain forest is just but a 12 minute drive from her place. Fajardo just 25 mins away. The only hiccup and it has nothing to do with Loly or her place is the power outages , although brief most of the time it can happen at any moment. So if you’re traveling with little children , something to consider. All and all our experience was great and Loly’s place made it memorable.

Fantastic! -- Incredible! -- A great place just as described, incredible location right on an amazing beach, pristine and clean, easy, relaxing, and superb and prompt communications from the hosts! --- We've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this one is one of the very best! --- We cannot say enough good things about the space, the location, the communications, and the value. We would consider ourselves lucky if we get to stay here again someday. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation week!

Staying here was a dream! A great little pool and beach access right out the door - what else could you ask for! The apartment was equipped with all you need for your beach hang stay. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Short Ubers around San Juan. Super responsive host before and during stay. Will caution that there was some form of construction every week day during my stay - but I don’t blame the host in that; it’s just communal living. But will forward the caution that if you want to sleep past 8 during the week and it will ACTUALLY bother you - this might not be the place for you until that completes (personally, I just went and napped at the pool lol!)

The property is as described with easy access to the beach taking a staircase located about 2 blocks from the unit. Beach had nice soft sand and some spots could be found with shade under palm trees (although bringing shade is recommended). Best coffee we had was from the Coffee right outside the gated community and good breakfast at Kasalta (but be warned there are long lines). Lunch and dinner we consumed about 20-minutes away in Old San Juan or 8-minutes in other areas (some places nearby but nothing we tried). As a runner, there are some routes you can take from here although most involve some road. The party toward the airport you can get about 1.5-2 miles out before any busy roads and with some navigating/less just running the natural curves should be able to go 4+ miles out (I got 3.1 before turning around for a 10k). Going toward Old San will come with nicer views though. We did have some issues, but Alejandro was great about making sure the concerns were addressed.

We had a great stay! Condo was nice, just like the photos. It was perfect for a girls trip of 7. Great location for restaurants and lots of people walking at night so it felt safe. Could get a little busy at night but we didn’t mind it. The condo had everything you need- plenty of towels, bed covers, and loved the beach chairs. Also easy access to the beach which was great. AC was amazing and the beds were comfortable. The restrooms were nice and plenty of counter space for your products. The big mirrors were a hit, especially when you have a lot of people. Eric and his team were very responsive and nice, answered all our questions. Overall, was a wonderful stay. Thanks!

We LOVED this place SO MUCH. Best value for tons of room, the best location and it stocked with amenities. From boogie boards to sun block, beach chairs and more. Great secure parking, 2 sets of keys/fobs, Clean, great pool. I highly recommend this fantastic place to everyone!

I have stayed at Miguel place before it’s wonderful never has a complaint from this place will definitely stay again thank you Miguel for you’re hospitality
