Very private balcony with a spectacular view and sounds of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, ice chest. Reserved parking spot in our secure lot. Coin laundry in building. Walk to supermarket, bakery, bars, hotels and restaurants. 3 minutes from SJU airport. Old San Juan is 7 miles away.

Near the area you may find gas stations, 24/hr supermarket, fast foods, restaurants and rental cars.
