Salvatore was very friendly and was waiting for us upon arrival. We immediately felt welcome. The house has everything you need, a nice little outside area and is just a 20 minute walk to the old city center. Very much recommended!

Die Unterkunft von Sebastiano befindet sich in dem alten Fischerviertel in Ortigia. Kleine verwinkelte Gassen , kleine zweistöckige Häuser. Alles sehr romantisch. Auch über zwei Minuten Fußweg ist der tägliche Markt (8-14 uhr geöffnet) erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein altes aber total restauriertes Haus in zwei Etagen und einer Terasse auf dem Dach. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige zeigt wie es aussieht. Alles in Ortigia ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Aber der öffentliche Verkehr ist auch überall mit kleinen Bussen vertreten. Und der Bahnhof ist fußläufig in 20 minuten zu erreichen, wenn man nicht auf den Bus warten möchte. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus und konnten auf der Terasse frühstücken. mit einem Blick auf die schönen alten Häuser, die nach und nach restauriert werden. Der MArkt war immer wieder ein Erlebnis, und ist auch für die touristischen Mitbringsel um ein wesentliches billiger als in den Tousistshops. Alles in allem hatten wir wunderschöne 10 Tage in dem Haus.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Armando per due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle campagne siracusane, vicino alle stupende spiagge Le Fontane Bianche, Ognina, Arenella ecc. e a pochi km dalla bella ma confusionaria Siracusa. L'alloggio era perfettamente pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, piccola cucina, frigorifero, letto comodo, aria condizionata, un piccolo ingresso con tavolino sedie ed ombrellone, stendino per i panni ecc. Armando è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Se ci sarà l'occasione, torneremo senz'altro nel suo alloggio.

Marco arranged a VERY last minute booking for me when my other accommodation was a disaster. He made it easy for me to pack my bag and move in right on the spot! The building has incredible tall ceilings that make it feel expansive. And while the decor is not my style, I SO appreciate that it’s not cookie cutter ikea. Feels like someone really lives there. Do make sure to bring even your most basic cooking stuff (oil, salt) and know that the kitchen is a little short on carving knives, spatula and wooden utensils for use on the Teflon pans. Come prepared and you’ll be happy to stay for ages. Also the location is excellent, close to everything but quiet and tucked away. The neighborhood watch of cats are always looking out for you. I highly recommend this place!

Réservez les yeux fermés 👍Nous venons de passer 3 nuits du 16 au 19 /10/2024, dans la Casa di Mauro , qui correspond totalement aux photos et aux descriptions. Idéalement situé près du temple d’Apollon , nous étions au calme dans ce logement charmant ultra propre, fonctionnel, équipé de tout ce qui rend un logement confortable et surtout décoré avec goût. La literie est ultra confortable . En outre , nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, Maria . Merci pour son écoute, sa pro activité, sa réactivité et toutes ses attentions qui apportent le petit plus magique dans la location… des bouteilles d’eau et des produits de toilettes . Merci aussi pour ses bons conseils et pour les excellentes adresses pour déjeuner et dîner. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Syracuse en plein cœur d’Ortigia et nous nous sentions dans le logement très à l’aise comme chez nous .…l’expérience nous a enchanté et nous allons revenir . As I have extended my stay for another month this is my second review of Luca's apartment. His lovely place is in a charming small complex of apartments. Staying here one feels more like a resident,rather than a tourist. A great start to the day is stepping out the door and seeing the across the way neighbors balconies lined with pots of beautiful flowers. A short walk away one comes upon the amazing Fountain of Diana . Along with there being many cafes, restaurants and shops ,the street market,etc the location of the apartment couldn't be better. I love coming back after being out and about to fix lunch with things from the market and nearby grocery store. Then to take a rest in the sun filled bedroom in it's very comfortable bed. What has really made my stay special is Luca. He is a truly caring and kind person that has made me feel at home here from the very first day. I feel grateful to have met him. Whether your stay is short or long term,it will be an enjoyable one.

Die Casa Nache ist extrem liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet. Sofort habe ich mich dort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Anna hat sehr rasch und zuvorkommend kommuniziert und auf Nachrichten immer super nett reagiert. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich absolut: sie ist fantastisch. Sofort würde ich wieder dort wohnen!

Wir waren für eine Woche als Familie hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Insbesondere der große Garten in dem man immer die Wahl zwischen Sonne und Schatten hat ist toll. In der Unterkunft selber ist alles vorhanden was man braucht inklusive Kaffee und Frühstück Snacks. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar und die Altstadt von Syrakus nur 15 min entfernt. Silvia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

Rigenerata e rilassata è dir poco, il giardino è bellissimo e curato la casa ha tutto quello che cercavo e molto stilizzata, al centro di diversi ristoranti, stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, mare fantastico e molto pulito, farmacie e mini market che mi hanno reso il soggiorno più facile, per non parlare della bellezza di Siracusa e la sua parte archeologica , bellissima ! Posso prenotare per l’anno prossimo?

Carlo is an excellent host! At check in we arrived late due to car problems. Carlo was so welcoming he volunteered to escort us to a beachside restaurant that he knew would still be open. The accommodations were perfect. We were a party 8 adults consisting of 2 families of 4 and we all had plenty of space. Each bedroom is generously sized and includes a bathroom so no one is crowded when getting ready to go out. Located off the kitchen is a lovely shaded patio for dining or just relaxing. Beyond is an enormous pool which is crystal clear and refreshing. Carlo is a chef and we scheduled a dinner that he prepared for us one night. We ate alfresco and it was an excellent and affordable meal. Carlo also lives on the property in another home that is a short walk away but is far enough for the guests to have their privacy. His property feels like a private luxury resort. It’s a great place to stay for families and I would love to come back to Carlo’s Country House!

Giuseppe was a great host, he told us lots of local places to go which were fantastic. The house was good value and the pool area was very nice. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including an electric orange juice perfect for fresh Sicilian oranges. My negative comments would be that it is on a relatively busy road, you cannot walk to anything in the neighbourhood so you need a car. I also found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. However access to local beaches is easy by car and also into Syracuse/ Ortiga, I noticed lots of buses that if more organised we would have taken!

Séjour à 9 dont deux ados et un bébé, trop court à mon goût seulement 5 jours mais dépaysement qui fait du bien. La villa correspond aux photos et à la description. Les criques sont accessibles à pied. De bons restaurants à proximités Peppe est un hôte très gentil, patient, attentionné et compréhensif. Il nous a conseillé les plages, restaurants, sorties, location de voitures ect... Merci à lui et son amie Manuela pour l aide et les conseils apportés. Je recommande vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

An absolutely spectacular location right on the sea. it's one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at with incredible outdoor space flowing down from the house/upper terrace to the pool and a second outdoor area to the water itself, which you can reach directly from the house in two minutes or less. At the bottom of the property, you can swim in the pristine waters of the Plemmirio marine reserve in either a protected cove or in the sea itself, where you can observe a vast number of fish and explore the many caves coves up and down the shoreline.

The place is absolutely amazing, high quality build and decorations in everything, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool is the best I have seen, including hotel pools, as it’s deep enough at one end (well over 2 meters) to jump in and has a spring board. Location is near a road but it’s well isolated enough that you can’t see the traffic and it’s quiet, just a beautiful retreat. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a big dining room. Hosts are perfect - very responsive when you need them, non intrusive when you don’t. You need a car, but location next to Siracuse is perfect with lots of beautiful places to visit nearby. We would definitely return!

Die Unterkunft war toll, sogar noch besser als es auf den Bildern aussieht und hatte alles was man braucht. Andrea war ein kompetenter und freundlicher Gastgeber und hat auch ein paar Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten gegeben. Ich würde wieder hinfahren!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Yolandes Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Paare. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz für unterschiedliche Aktivitäten. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist unübertroffen. Für das Frühstück und das abendliche Zusammensein war die Terrasse gesetzt, sofern das Wetter es zuließ. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einem äußerst belebten Bereich von Ortigia. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. In Erinnerung wird neben der fantastischen Wohnung von Yolande vor allen die beeindruckende Altstadt von Ortigia und das tolle Essen in den Restaurants bleiben. Vielen Dank, Yolande, für die schöne Zeit, die wir in deiner Wohnung hatten.

This was a perfect location in Ortigia, on a characteristic narrow street but close to many shops including a small supermarket which was literally 30 mt away from the flat. But what really stood out for us was Carmelo’s availability and hospitality. We rented a car and got a fine because of a misunderstanding. Carmelo went personally to the local police station and managed to get it cancelled. He went well out of his way to help us. Unprecedented in our experience. Thank you so much!

Consigliatissimo. Monolocale accogliente e molto carino, pulito, contenente tutto l'occorrente e con un grazioso giardino. Ubicazione ideale, tutte le attrazioni della città raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Per chi non ama camminare ci sono delle bici a disposizione. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Angela è una host molto gentile e disponibilissima. Spero di tornare nella meravigliosa Siracusa e in quel caso tornerò senz'altro da Angela.

Very pleasant and quiet house in a clutch of streets near the sea about 15 minutes drive from Syracuse. The gardens are very pretty and immaculately maintained and the kitchen had an excellent supply of cooking equipment. The property is spacious and airy with good bedding and air-conditioning. Shower was very clean with strong pressure of hot water. As other reviews have noted there is no Wi-Fi but the 4G reception is excellent and I was able to use that for video calls et cetera so not a major problem. The host was very prompt and efficient in communicating and was super friendly when we met them at the house.

Petite maison à côté de celle du propriétaire mais une séparation est faite pour que chacun garde son intimité. La maison est très bien équipée pour un court ou long séjour. Emplacement idéal pour explorer la réserve de Plemmirio tout en étant à 20 min en voiture du centre de Syracuse. Petite plage de rochers très sympa à 4 min en voiture du logement. Salvatore est un hôte très accueillant et disponible si besoin. Nous vous recommandons ce logement si vous visitez la région de Syracuse. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Salvatore a été un hôte très accueillant et attentionné. Nous avons été touchés par les petites attentions à notre arrivée, notamment le petit gâteau et le jus pour notre fille. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite à l’aise. La maison est pratique, bien équipée et idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Het appartement ligt vlak bij zee en kijkt uit op een prachtige binnentuin. Ideaal rustpunt om bij te komen van het drukke stadsleven van Siracusa. Appartement zeer schoon en goed om te verblijven voor meerdere dagen. Host reageert snel en alert op eventuele vragen of opmerkingen. Kotom dit verblijf is zeer aan te bevelen.
