Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento nel cuore di Ortigia, a due passi dal mercato e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche dell'isola. Leggermente più lontano il teatro antico e l'area archeologica, comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Nei dintorni è possibile trovare ristoranti popolari ma di notevole qualità. Il quartiere è interamente pedonale, essendo un'antica medina araba. L'appartamento è moderno e funzionale, molto fresco e areato, con un'ampia terrazza senza vis-à-vis. Wi-fi funziona perfettamente, è una comodissima base per esplorare la città. L'host è estremamente reattivo, raggiungibile su Whattshup e sulla piattaforma, per qualsiasi bisogno urgente o meno.

Giuseppe’s villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very spacious. The variety of outdoor seating areas were lovely for enjoying the sun at different periods of the day. The pool was superb, beautiful and clean. The villa is 10 minutes drive from Syracuse and Ortigia, which have a huge variety of delicious restaurants and bars. The streets are beautiful to explore, especially in the evenings. The only downside to the villa was the area. Unfortunately, there are no pavements so walking anywhere is unsafe. Therefore, hiring a car is necessary. There is a bus, but it only passes 4 x daily. There are local restaurants to visit, but driving is required due to the roads, and at our time of visiting it was unclear whether these were open or not. Despite this, I would happily visit Giuseppe’s villa again without a doubt. Thank you for having us.

Lovely, friendly hosts who are very helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs and made everything so easy. The property is great value for money. The property was clean and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is great has everything you need to cook meals, washing machine room also next to the kitchen which is great. The property is 20 minutes drive from loads of great beaches. Lovely outdoor area to eat and relax. Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind / 3 Jahre) ca. eine Woche bei Alessandro verbracht und sehr genossen. Insbesondere die schattige Terrasse, umrahmt von einem wunderschön angelegten Garten, war ein toller Aufenthaltsort! Die Spielmöglichkeiten für unseren Sohn (Baumhaus, Schwimmbecken, Kletterbaum, Trampolin…) sind sehr gut angekommen :) besonders beeindruckend war Alessandros Hilfsbereitschaft! An unserem Abreisetag bemerkte er den platten Reifen an unserem Mietauto als erstes und besorgte direkt eine Reifenpumpe - damit hat er uns die Rückreise gerettet. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Alessandro!

Réservez les yeux fermés 👍Nous venons de passer 3 nuits du 16 au 19 /10/2024, dans la Casa di Mauro , qui correspond totalement aux photos et aux descriptions. Idéalement situé près du temple d’Apollon , nous étions au calme dans ce logement charmant ultra propre, fonctionnel, équipé de tout ce qui rend un logement confortable et surtout décoré avec goût. La literie est ultra confortable . En outre , nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, Maria . Merci pour son écoute, sa pro activité, sa réactivité et toutes ses attentions qui apportent le petit plus magique dans la location… des bouteilles d’eau et des produits de toilettes . Merci aussi pour ses bons conseils et pour les excellentes adresses pour déjeuner et dîner. Tous les ingrédients étaient là pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Syracuse en plein cœur d’Ortigia et nous nous sentions dans le logement très à l’aise comme chez nous .…l’expérience nous a enchanté et nous allons revenir . Lucas Wohnung ist richtig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation immer schnell und verlässlich. Zur Cala Rossa, zum Dom, zum Markt - man spaziert in alle Richtungen nur 10 Minuten. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Casa Nache ist extrem liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet. Sofort habe ich mich dort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sehr zentral. Anna hat sehr rasch und zuvorkommend kommuniziert und auf Nachrichten immer super nett reagiert. Die Unterkunft empfehle ich absolut: sie ist fantastisch. Sofort würde ich wieder dort wohnen!

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

A lovely, contemporary, comfortable home with great showers and comfortable beds. Our only issue was the distance from Noto, on a challenging road, which was much further than expected. Carlo and Stella went out of their way to respond to our needs.

Salvatore a été adorable. Le jardin est magnifique et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine. Logement idéal pour rayonner dans la région. Très bonne literie. nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

We just had the most fantastic 9 days at Andrea’s house with our two girls. Andrea very kindly met us at the house despite our delays. We were treated to the most delicious housewarming treat of ice creams. This is without a doubt the best house we have stayed it. I am meticulous when finding a house for our family holidays. It was spotless clean, very comfortable beds, the kitchen was well equipped and the pool and outside space was a dream. We hired a car for noto, Ortigia ( use Andreas parking recommendations and boat company for a tour, Marzanemi and Aqua-beach. Velo cafe is a great spot for a nice coffee, granite (kids loved them) and bakery. It was prefect time to go an average of 24 degrees and no crowds. This is going to be a very memorable holiday and are thanks go to Andrea for a prefect house and being so responsive throughout our trip. Xx

The place is absolutely amazing, high quality build and decorations in everything, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool is the best I have seen, including hotel pools, as it’s deep enough at one end (well over 2 meters) to jump in and has a spring board. Location is near a road but it’s well isolated enough that you can’t see the traffic and it’s quiet, just a beautiful retreat. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a big dining room. Hosts are perfect - very responsive when you need them, non intrusive when you don’t. You need a car, but location next to Siracuse is perfect with lots of beautiful places to visit nearby. We would definitely return!

The villa completely matches its description. It features a beautiful, tastefully decorated garden and a fantastic pool (1.5 m deep, clean and non-chlorinated), which families with children will especially appreciate. This villa is also suitable for two families, offering ample space, a spacious terrace, sun loungers, board games, and even table football. The nearest shop and the shallow, sandy beach (perfect for kids) are 1.5 km away, so keep that in mind if you don't have a car. We highly reccomend Supermercato Rossotono grocery shop and there are also fruit shop and bakery nearby. Villa is easy to find and reach even by train or taxi from Syracuse, located in a quiet, private area with well-lit streets after dark.

Nice place close to the beach! Family of 5 and had plenty of space for all.

Paradise!~ Right in the heart of Ortigia, yet quiet and peaceful. Everything you need to be comfortable--big open main room, morning sun on the veranda for coffee, strong wifi and comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen. We loved it here and can't wait to return! Wonderful host who gave us fresh linens each Tuesday (we were there for a month). 5 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the duomo, I am already missing it!

This flat was so well located in the heart of the delightful island of Ortigia. It was always lovely to come ‘home.’ I stayed for a week and found that the apartment came well appointed with everything one might need - from kitchen utensils and dishes to hair dryer, iron and vacuum. Being on the third floor might mean you have to lug your suitcase up but the reward is being above the foot traffic of the street and having the lovely sunlight and airiness of a top floor. There was a small coop on a diagonal corner that has most kinds of food and household conveniences. The bed was comfortable and closets spacious. The bathroom is updated and has a small washing machine. There are many more details that make this place such good value not to mention the friendliness and responsiveness of Enrica’s communication. I hope to stay there again!

Where to even begin, okay: hospitality. These guys make you feel at home straight away. They went above and beyond for our baby with toys and a bed, the fridge was filled, a pie was baked and they responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, not super huge but we didn’t need that. Great part of town: you can walk everywhere. Literally. Also thought the price was very decent. Don’t hesitate: book!

Anna’s place is really great. The bed is comfortable (best sleep we had in Sicily.. thank you!!), plenty of towels, cold AC, plenty of kitchen utensils, a sweet crib for our baby and our favorite part - the market right outside. It was nice having two doors to lock to keep us feeling safe, the area was great though so really no worries about theft. We loved walking through the market every day! It’s close to everything. She gave us helpful instructions on where to park our car in a nearby garage. Anna provided information on a self-guided walking tour which was fun. All around, we really really enjoyed our stay here. We can’t wait to come back some day. Thank you Anna for all your help with suggestions on food and what to do, while being right in the local area. We figured out the people who live below are the spice vendors from the market. Very cool.

A wonderful apartment that was a delightful place to stay close to everything Ortigia has to offer. And across the bridge you can be in Syracuse in minutes. Such a luxurious feel with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully kitted out kitchen for anyone wanting to cook. Plus a living room and upstairs has a steam shower! Generous offerings of all sorts of biscuits, fruits etc let too. With 2 small balconies. Just an absolutely perfect place to stay. Such a great city to explore. We loved it all. Thankyou for having us!!

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

We had the most amazing stay at 'Flying Whales'. It was super easy to find and Leandro's mum, Rosy gave us great instructions for our arrival. She also left us some wine and goodies which was super thoughtful🥰 and even checked in with us by text during the holiday to check all was good. We absolutely loved our stay from start to finish and the icing on the cake is the amazing roof terrace with spectacular views. It's an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of beautiful Ortigia and we were sad to leave, but hoping to come and stay at your lovely apartment again.
