Monthly Rentals in Isla Rondella

Very cozy house, with all kinds of facilities, newly renovated bathrooms. Spectacular views to see beautiful sunrises. We also loved having breakfast on the terrace listening to the sound of the sea. Vicenta is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at this home.

We were pleasantly welcomed on arrival. The region was already well known with us since we have been staying in this complex for several years. Very well maintained and spacious apartment with a view of and direct access to the Mar Menor.

We really enjoyed the apartment and it has tremendous views of the Mar Menor with a nice sized balcony to enjoy it from. You get great sunrise and sunset views which can even be enjoyed from the living room. Being 3 bedroom there was plenty of space for the two of us and it's equipped sufficiently for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment block's well maintained with friendly residents and staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and a well stocked Spar supermarket. Its location is also peaceful and safe at night. The tennis club nearby is a lovely place to have a few evening drinks and there's 3 good local restaurants we particularly enjoyed, Chiringuito, Piccolo Mare (more for Indian food) and El Secreto. The only suggestion is a house book with information about the appliances, local transport, amenities etc, which would have been useful. It would save having to request information from the hosts directly although Nano responded promptly to us.

Stunning view, excellent host. During the off-season it is a bit isolated, but I imagine during the warmer months there are more stores open. But the tenth floor view is incredible!
